I recently worked with David from BuildRite for a rear extension on my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. David quickly arranged a site visit and got the initial drawings to me in just a couple of days (I did pay for the express service).

Since then, there have been quite a few changes requested by the Building Inspector includng deeper foundations due to Tree proximity, installation of Clay Master etc., and David has been amazing at handling all of them always came up with cost-effective solutions for everything the inspector asked for.

David’s expertise and ability to find practical, budget-friendly fixes made the whole process a lot smoother and less stressful. I highly recommend David and BuildRite for Structural Drawings if you need one.

Buildrite have a very professional team and were extremely competitive on pricing. Harris and Adil were my prime contacts and Harris helped me turn my plans into reality. They were also available post completion of very thorough plans to ensure my builders were able to complete the designs implemented.

Communication from end to end was very fluent. Commitments were honored as agreed and updates were provided at all stages. The quality of the application drawings were very detailed and accurate. Harris was always available on call, and would contact back if unreachable. His knowledge of planning regulations and compliance was evident in achieving a successful application for a challenging project and a demanding client.

Wall removal in victorian terrace. Surveyor was on time and discussed the project with us. There was a quick turn around on the report. Will use again
