Annette is amazing. She sent me lots of options for hotels and flights and made it so easy and stress free for me. She is very patient so friendly and professional. Annette helped us to find a family holiday four 4 in the October half term, somewhere warm and sunny with all inclusive and access to lots of pools and beach for the children. We have recently booked our first family abroad holiday with Annette. We found the holiday online but went to Annette for advice and she was able to give further discount - bonus! Going through an independent was what we wanted to do, to support local people and businesses. Annette has been fantastic with her communication and support so far, we are very excited for our first holiday. We will definitely be booking again if all goes well which I'm sure it will as my mum has just returned from Portugal after using Annette! 😀
