Via bemiddeling van Paypal mijn geld terug gekregen.

Awful jewellery
Awful jewellery. I wore it a couple of times and it’s become black. I found the exact same necklace on Temu for £2.50 but paid £25 for mine so they clearly bought it there and put a massive mark up. Awful. Avoid like the pest.
Their jewellery is crappy
Their jewellery is crappy. If you ask for a return, they will give you the wrong address, and you spend more on sending the item. It will never get refunded, as they will say they haven't received your item.
Highly overpriced
The fact that you can get the same product from shein but 10 times cheaper makes it highly overpriced. The customer service is very bad. I realised my mistake right after placing the order and I tried to cancel the order but there was no option for cancellation. I sent them an email that I want to cancel my order but I did not get any reply for more than one week and by that time the order was already shipped.

Ich habe eine Woche vor Valentinstag eine Kette gekauft und diese ist rechzeitig angekommen. Leider nur die Verpackung mit der Rose drin aber ohne Kette . Ich habe sofort eine Mail geschrieben und am gleichen Tag noch eine Antwort bekommen. Der Mailverkehr war konstruktiv und sehr nett. Ich habe Fotos von der leeren Verpackung gesendet und nach 2 Tagen wurde ohne Probleme ein neues Paket los geschickt mit der Kette. Vielen Dank. Das nenne ich guten Kundenservice. Immer wieder.
PS… zu den anderen negativen Bewertungen…. Was erwartet man denn an Qualität wenn man für 29€ ein Schmuckstück kauft? Preis-Leistung passt.
No customer service, returns impossible
This company’s customer service is soooo bad, they do not respond to your emails/messages. I want to return their items as they are flimsy cheap looking but expensive and no one ever got back to me which means I have now missed the return window. Please do not buy from them it’s defo a scam.

Even giving one star also not worth it...such a waste of time and waste product.i want to surprise my gf with the ring but bucavi ruined my plan. Its been 2 and half weeks untill now from the day I ordered. Still waiting for the delivery. No response for the mails and bluffing that given a wrong address details. Really tested my patience..

I bought this necklace thinking it was waterproof and the colour won’t fade. I gave it to my girlfriend; she wore it for one week, and the colour started to go. The magnet was not working properly.

SCAM COMPANY. It's just a reseller from AliExpress or something equal. Sad thing is I was just watching some reels on IG and came across this website and thought: "this necklace might be a good fit for my mum" and impulsive bought it. Bought a 30€ necklace that was the same as a 2€ on AliExpress. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The necklace even came tangled and the response from their support is NULL!!!!
So bad it feels like a scam
Product arrived after Xmas so was no longer required. Emailed customer services who gave me an address to ship it back to. £9.00 to ship to the Netherlands recorded via royal mail. Parcel got stuck in customs and Bucavi never paid import fee so now the item is coming back to the UK.
No reply since from customer services.
I have now found the same item on amazon for £6.99 whereas they charged me £29.99

Don't buy from Bucavi, advert via Insta. Looks great, quality really poor. Locket necklace broke after using once. Bought mid december 2025. Send an email to customer service, replied once after 1 week, with the option to opt out for a replacement necklace or full refund. Return address in Zwolle Netherlands. Send the necklace with track n trace postal link to customerservice email and my own email to follow. Necklace received in ware house on 14th of Jan, no response from CS. It's 25 jan 2026. Will notify police, no refund, nothing. Fake company. Don't buy and stop the advertisment!

They haven’t responded to my plea to help organise return because I haven’t liked the product - it’s the worst I’ve seen in my life . I wish I had reviews from here before this .

place this a order then send more money in to get the red box as a gift then never got any tracking number then some time after jan 12 2026 they email staying the well send me a tracking number but told me my package has arrive but no one in the house accept any package or deliver then i email then for a follow up but the just fully ignore my email took the money never deliver then as for a refund then kept saying it was mail here but no confirmation on it. dont order from them massive scan ill be calling my master card on a later date to deal with this matter

Purchases this as a birthday gift for my daughter, it arrived in dull colour, no way as how it was shown shiny and sparkly. After 2 months wearing, not in shower or swimming, the back of the clover now black. The whole necklace was cheap quality. Not even worth sales price.

The quality of the received necklace is very cheap and not at all worth the $53 they advertised it for. It was tarnished and poor quality chain attached. Do not recommend at all. Packaging box was pretty but the chain was just thrown inside.
Warning!! Returns to Netherlands at your expense £££
The item ordered arrived and my daughter did not like it. It did not look as nice in real life. I contacted the company to return and it turns out their return address is in the Netherlands. So the cheapest I could find to return was £9.50 - this is more than a third of the price of the necklace. I am out of money with no present and unhappy as the company does not promote that it is international. I contacted them but they suggested I used a cheaper postal company - Post Office is the cheapest. Very disappointed and lost money.
