Have a £450 withdrawal pending since the 15th January 2026. Customer service just fob you off blaming the payment department….. after 3 weeks of chasing I finally received an email from the payment department advising they are reviewing my account which has no timeframe !!

Absolute scam and utterly disingenuous!!

I have a couple of contacts at Pragmatic Play who I’ve reached out to as my win was on one of their games. They will likely open an investigation, I don’t imagine they want to be associated with companies like this!!

Please avoid these thieves

Bubblesbet is a scam casino operated by the same group of criminals. They send constant spam (I have received 2 messages in the last 24 hours saying “my account” has been credited with £5000 - I don’t of course have an account with them
They are linked to multiple cloned sites, steal deposits, and never pay out. Do not deposit, you will never see your money again.

I’m reporting a very serious issue with BubblesBet (SUPERNOVA CONSULTING EOOD).

I have a €256.92 withdrawal pending since 1 June 2025.

KYC: completed and confirmed
No valid explanation from support

They simply do not pay.

I contacted support multiple times via chat and email. No solution. No timeline. Just silence or copy-paste answers.

Their own T&Cs state Bulgarian law and Bulgarian jurisdiction, so I have now filed a formal complaint to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission.

Avoid this casino. If you deposit, be prepared to fight to get your money back.

Unlike other foreign betting sites they take over ten days to payout BUT the money does arrive. This site is not a scam just the wheels turn very slowly.

Just like others have experienced, they took more money from my account than I authorized, duplicating payments multiple times and even withdrawing extra amounts without my consent. On top of that, they hit me with endless fees and inflated transaction amounts beyond what was agreed. When I contacted support, all I got were generic responses, and they outright refused to return the unauthorized charges. If they won’t even refund stolen payments, there was no way they would ever approve my withdrawal. Thankfully, I was able to recover my money through the company in my profile picture. Avoid them at all costs.
