I buy Bubblegum balloons every couple of months for my 13 month old granddaughter as she lives away. The joy on her face when she sees them and loves playing. The giraffe she has now is bigger than she is!
Also great customer service as I contacted them for a list of my past orders to her as I'd forgotten! Yes they are pricey but well worth it.

The most helpful team, fast responses and incredible final product. We couldn't be more thankful and will use Bubblegum for all of our balloon needs going forward x

I bought 2 balloons for my birthday trip away. They arrived on the 3rd all fine, but when we opened them again on the 4th - the ladybug was significantly deflated. I got back in touch with bubblegum to see if there was anything they could do. I'm aware that this problem was slightly out of their control, but they were SO kind about it. A replacement was delivered the following day in time for my actual birthday which was on the Monday. Happy to report both balloons are still going strong a week later! I always use this company for birthday balloons as the quality is exceptional and all the staff I've come in contact with are genuinely caring. Will continue to use them in the future.

Thank you for making my 1 year’s daughter birthday special with beautiful balloons 🎈 I had an issue with one of the balloons, but the customer service has resolved it promptly and resend me the balloon. I was really happy with the service and the quality of balloons. My daughter loved playing with them too.

I would like to edit my previous review based on the customer service I have since received from Bubblegum & the way they handled my complaint.
With this is mind, I am happy to report that they looked into my query & have since taken steps to make the "packages" available clearer which is all I had asked for.
Errors do happen, that's life but when a company deals with this in a professional; manner then I am even happier to recommend them as a business & this is exactly what has happened here.

Six Stars - Superb balloons and superb customer service. You are never quite sure how good untried internet purchases will turn out but these balloons were absolutely cracking and the guys here managed to sort a delivery within a one-hour window to get into our venue. brilliant all round. will definitely buy again.

Great balloons. Arrived at a decent time in the day.
But I’d recommend they check how inflated the balloons are as mine arrived with some not inflated properly so they went limp quicker than usual.

I had a problem using a previous voucher code and customer services immediately sorted out the issue. The balloons that were received were so pretty and arrived exact when they said they were going to.

I still haven't received my order so it's difficult to review and if it hasn't arrived by tomorrow I have no use for the products. Which is very disappointing. According to the courier they haven't even received the package from Bubblegum yet despite it being 5 days since ordering with Next Day Delivery stated so it doesn't bode well. The range available is really good, hence 2 stars, but not if you can't actually get your hands on it.

I used bubblegum balloons for my 60th Birthday party decoration and they did a fantastic job. From original contact with Nish, she was extremely helpful and friendly and always on hand to offer assistance and answer any questions.

On the day the staff who did the installation were great, very helpful and had totally understood my brief and what I wanted and delivered it perfectly.

Got a great service for a last minute delivery required for an office party. Would definitely use the company again!
