BTS MANIA SHOP Anmeldelser

Order placed early December & the nearer we got to xmas without the delivery l worried but upon contacting the company they apologised and item received within days. Impressive service. And my granddaughter loved her BTS hoodie & l was impressed with the quality.

Most likely this company is changing their company name and web site again which is why the web site is gone. When I bought from them in early 2020 they were known as BTS Mania Shop then they changed it to their current name. I'm guessing it's because of all the bad reviews and possible chargebacks because people (including myself) have contacted their banks to get a full refund on the FAKE and DEFECTIVE items they sell. DO NOT buy from them and please make sure you let others know.

My sister absolutely loved the chimmy box that I got her!!! Worth the price 💜 100% recommended! Fast shipping and would order again!

The item I ordered hasn't arrived yet and when I tried to find the website it says it's no longer available

Arrived on time, good value would buy again

This is a scam! I ordered BTS Lightstick and it says 7-14 days delivery but it never came even after a month of waiting. The tracking number they gave only worked for a few days then it became invalid. I checked their website and it was unavailable. I contacted them to cancel my order but they never reply. Good thing I used my PayPal account as payment and I was able to open a case and retrieve my money back.

Great! Very nice

Parfait, livraison assez rapide et de très bon produits

Very happy with my packages I’ve recieved, I’ve bought multi things of this site and have been very happy with the quality of everything. Will definitely be buying more things from this site again!!!!!!!!!!

Really good service, kept informed about my order from start to finish.

Perfect! Good delivery time.

I am very happy about my order, Thank you! The hoodie is beautiful, very comfortbale and it suits me great! I am glad for new hoodie, in case of delivery, I am very satisfied, I was waiting only 15 days, but its okay, it was very fast and thank you for preset too! I recommend you this online shop!

Exactly what I ordered and arrived in good time.

I ordered from them on November 23. I received a confirmation and a second email with tracking information. The tracking links do not work. The website has also disappeared. Their instagram also disappeared...so guessing they took my money and ran.

UPDATE 12/24/2020:
Upon contact the store via PayPal (the method I used to pay) they responded promptly and sent me a new tracking link. A couple weeks later my sweatshirt arrived and it actually much nicer quality than I was expecting! Ended up being a good experience.

I once bought a bts army box that contains an army bomb. It literally took more than 2 months for the item to arrive, and when it did arrive it turned out that everything that was in the army box was fake including the army bomb AND IT COSTED £75!!!!! I tried contacting them so many times asking about my package but they kept ignoring me and instead a bot kept replying back saying that my order should arrive soon. Luckily I contacted my bank one day before the item arrived and received full refund. Do not buy anything from there!

bts mania is a scam. i bought from them last year, didnt recieve one of the items, and received a fake bt21 plush instead. the item i never got, they refunded 50% INSTEAD OF THE WHOLE THING WHEN THEY DIDNT EVEN SEND ME THE ITEM. my van stuffed animal is flat and looks like a voodoo doll. do NOT buy from here even when the website is back up. everything is unofficial. PROFILE PHOTO SHOWS THE UNOFFICIAL VAN

Do not trust this site. I was scammed out of 133.00. The website is gone now. This was my daughters Christmas presents. She almost died in July and was only looking forward to Christmas.

I don’t know how but the website is gone or something and now i don’t know if my order is on it’s way or not. I’m very worried because it was not cheap.
