BTS MANIA SHOP Anmeldelser

The product was great of course was not official but look really good. Will for sure buy again

False stuff! When i ask for a manual they answer they can't because it's unofficial!! Don'' buy there, because it's not cheap eather.

The shipping took a lot longer than was stated, but the product itself was really good and still is.

Parfait ! Service client impeccable réponse rapide suite à ma propre erreur dans l’adresse de livraison. Livraison rapide , en cadeau : des photos des membres. Je recommande !! Merci

the pillow is very cute and very comfortable, I gave it to my cousin and I love it

🤩 very good, my kids are very satisfied and delighted

Finally the LY Hoodie arrived at my door step few days ago! Exactly 30 days, its a long wait but it's worth it. I love the hoodie so much, love material - it's light and very comfy 💜💜💜💜💜 I love how they immediately responded to my emails when asking about the shipping status 😊 I'm gonna get another hoodie soon from BTS Mania Shop. Thanks BTS Mania Shop!!

Tshirt is the great quality and delivery was pretty fast all in all I’m very satisfied. It’s not really oversized as I thought but it’s ok it’s still looking and feeling great

The hoodie i was buy had delivered in time. It is beautiful and the gift i get (chimmy pen) is cool too. Thank you for delivering.

I really was impressed with the quality it was a great gift for my sister !!! Took a little long to get here tho .....

This was my first time purchasing from BTS Mania. I was very happy with my purchases as I purchased the BE concept book as well as MAP OF THE SOUL 7 SPECIAL GIFT (FOR ARMY)

The BE Concept book had lots of fun facts, and the photos are great! It's nice and compact so I keep it near my desk and it takes up very little space. I look at it often!

Everything was packaged well, and when I saw my order was being divided into two shipments and there was a problem with one of the shipping tracking numbers - I emailed customer service and it was fixed immediately. I was VERY happy with the customer service I received.

My only sadness - I was supposed to get a BTS face mask which did not arrive. I expect they ran out of the promotional option before my order was shipped.

Everything else was wonderful and I will order from here again.

The hoodie was amazing quality. We were really happy with the purchase and it arrived in good time too. One very happy birthday girl.

I made a mistake at the order. I contacted them and they answered really quickly and change the product as requested. I'm very happy about it.

Terrible. I've been waiting for my order for almost 2 months now. I've tried to cancel the order 2 times to. And they refuse to get back to me. I ordered this back on January 16th I believe. And it said the delivery date was supposed to be on February 6th. The Chinese new year delayed it I know that. But my package has been stuck on "order ready" for 2 months and it doesn't show where the package is on the tracking map. Not only that but it's sending me the wrong size, I know I chose XXXL I checked it 4 times before ordering it and it says it's sending me an XL, to small. I used my birthday money on this. It was 60$ CAD. Idk. I'm just very upset with this. I just wanted to buy a BTS sweater because I don't have any merch for them. I was so excited. Like very excited... I don't know if this site is a scam or not... Idk... This is just my experience. I hope no one else is in this situation. It sucks.

it's such an easy side to buy on and the service is in top 5 out of 5 stars

I really love the item i got and it came sooner than i excpected!
