HORRIBLE

The whole process was horrible! I ordered my size in the denim leggings which was the only size available for me to pick from. I’ve seen social media videos of women twice my size claiming they were wearing the same size (a 3X). I placed the order on 8/3/2026. On 8/10/2026 I received a shipment email stating the item shipped. By 8/18/2026, I still hadn’t received my order so I sent an email & was told that it hadn’t “fully” shipped, whatever that means. It finally arrives today, 8/22/2026 & I can’t even get it over my behind!!! And I’m not even going to bother to request a refund because if THIS part was horrible, I can only imagine the return/refund process!

I will just donate leggings & never purchase from this place again!!!

We’d like to clarify that the denim leggings you purchased were a pre-sale item, with the estimated shipping date of August 21, 2026, as shown on our website. Fortunately, our restock arrived earlier than expected, and we shipped your order as soon as the item became available. Due to the inventory being fulfilled from a warehouse location farther from the standard shipping route, the delivery process took longer than usual. We apologize for the delay and any confusion caused by the shipping updates.
Regarding the sizing concern, we truly hope you’ll give us the opportunity to make this right. Our customer support team has already reached out to assist you, and please rest assured that we will do our best to make the return process smooth and help resolve this issue.

Strong customer service

I initially received the wrong color, but once BRXL verified the mistake, they quickly made it right by sending the correct color within days—and even let me keep the original one! ⭐️ Their customer service is outstanding. On top of that, the fit is great and the material is buttery soft. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend BRXL! 👏✨

Customer service was Wonderful

Customer service was absolutely wonderful!!! Responded to me in a timely manner... I was not 100% satisfied with the leggings ( just didn't work for my body type) but they are great quality.. this was my first time ordering from this specific brand so maybe I might try a different style legging or different size... all in all great experience!!!

Disappointing

I really hate that even though they have the size chart it’s hit or miss and it was a mess for me and I tried to contact them to exchange to get a better size. I just lost my money. I’m not too happy with their customer service not being able to contact them and getting a suitable product is very

Baby Got back 💪😘

Colors are exactly how they were pictured! Fit and size where perfect as described. & my shelf is looking good 😊 working out in these gave me an extra boost. Workout days go crazy 🤪

Affordable and quality material

The design is comfortable and supportive post surgery. The adjustable strap at the bottom is great. The only caveat is the tag is irritating. Should make it tagless. I don't like sports bras but this is a game changer.
