The comunication of the processing of the order was very easy and the notification of the order being ready was first class. The staff were most helpful. The turf was good too!

Thank you for your kind review.
It is pleasing to note that the lads at the yard were very helpful and offered you a first class service.
We will relay your positive words back to the “lads” and thank you for your valued business.
Helpful and flexible.
I only needed a small amount (15 sq m) of turf so didn’t qualify for delivery. I put my order in over the weekend and got a message on Monday to say I was ready for collection.
Due to a prior commitment, I was initially unable to do Monday but there was no problem changing days. Then my commitment was moved to Tuesday because of the weather and the team were very accommodating in arranging an alternative pickup.
All in all a friendly and helpful team. The turf seems to be a good quality too.

Top soil delivery
The top soil was delivered on time and date requested. The drivers were helpful, tipping straight onto the side garden so we just had to rake it into place. A good friendly, helpful service. Deserving of the 5*

Do not buy there top soil
Do not buy there top soil. Absolutely appalling quality. Full of stones, clumps of turf and is so heavy, sticking together in football size lumps which will not break down. I could have got better by digging my local field. Waste of money.

Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the quality of top soil.
Unfortunately, due to the very severe, wet weather conditions, the soil has been extremely wet and unavoidably will stick together.
If you had contacted the company, we would have gladly replaced or refunded your purchase as we endeavour at all times to ensure customer satisfaction and are sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction.
If you would like to contact us, we are more than happy to discuss further with you.
