Airport Cars & Brumtaxis Anmeldelser

We used Brum Taxis to take us home from Heathrow after a 12 hour flight.
The driver, Harry, phoned us when we had landed to let us know he was there and clarify our pick up place as there were some roadworks.
He was waiting when we emerged from the terminal. He lifted our bags into his large, spotless, air-conditioned car and drove us safely home.
Harry was pleasantly chatty and checked whether we’d like to stop on the journey. There was music playing quietly.
When we got home, there was some confusion as our card wouldn’t work with his phone to pay. Harry was very patient with the delay.
We ended up paying with a different card and then left a wallet in the car. When we realised, we rang Harry and even though it was quite late and dark, he went to check the car, found the wallet and offered to bring it round next day, which he did.

This was service beyond excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Thanks, Harry.

Excellent service! Harry was very polite and professional. The car was clean and comfortable, and the whole journey was smooth and pleasant. I felt safe throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

I wouldn't use them again. He was almost 10 minutes late, due to a police incident on Colmore Row. It happens. But no one contacted me in the meantime and the mobile phone number linked to their WhatsApp wasn't picking up. I regretted not using TAO Taxis, which you see everywhere around that part of town. All okay, though, when it did arrive in what seemed like an unmarked car.
