For the most part I love the scents. They are pricey. I feel like the shipping is way too expensive and they could do alot better on sale prices. Also, they're out of stock on scents very frequently. I found another company with better prices, quality and selection... as well as scents.

Brown Sugar Babe has earned a permanent spot in my layering lineup. I’ve bought a couple bottles, and the scent is warm, sweet, sophisticated and surprisingly long lasting. It elevates whatever I pair it with and still smells great hours later.

I am so in love with Brown Sugar Babe body oil. I purchased Pistachio ice cream and Sugar Hill these scents last all day. Ooohh my goodness I smell delectable..lol I get so many compliments throughout the day saying I smell good and asking " what I am wearing?" The bonus is it's also an oil that helps moisturize my skin. I can't wait to try the other scents.

My absolute favorite scents of all time! I love Brown Sugar Babe scents my first scent was fancy and I literally received so many compliments everywhere I went! I've since added more scents and it just never fails. There products make you feel good, confident, and keeps turning heads! Love them!

Brown Sugar babe has become a staple in my fragrance routine. Rich Aunty has been an absolute favorite. I wear it to the gym and all the ladies are asking what are your wearing ofcourse I send them right to the website. I’m so happy I found this wonderful body oil that keeps me smiling and feeling confident.

I first experienced the brand at one of their Soirées, which had a fun, welcoming atmosphere that really reflected the brand’s energy. I also visited their new Atlanta store to grab some Christmas gifts, and the experience was just as great. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find the perfect scents.

I have been a loyal supporter of Brown Sugar Babe for over a year, giving this brand free promotion on my social media platforms and even attending their in-person events to support them. But the moment there was an issue with my money? They showed exactly how classless and unprofessional they truly are.
I placed an order nearly two weeks ago. Since then? Total radio silence. No shipping, no tracking, and zero accountability. I sent over 10 emails begging for an update and was met with total silence. But they aren’t "too busy" to be on their phones—instead of replying to my professional inquiries, they spent their time MANUALLY BLOCKING ME on three different Instagram pages and their Facebook page just for asking where my package is.
To treat a loyal customer who has advocated for your brand like an enemy just for inquiring about a paid order is disgusting. This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and GHETTO way to run a business I have ever seen. They are literally running away from the issue and hiding behind a "block" button while holding onto my money. It’s shady, it’s deceptive, and it’s flat-out theft.
If you value your hard-earned money, DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are hiding behind a curated aesthetic but the business practices are TRASH. I have already filed a fraud claim with my bank and reported them to the BBB. They’d rather lose a loyal advocate and catch a chargeback than simply do their jobs. Absolutely pathetic.

I never received my order. Shortly after placing my order and being told it was coming from UPS, I got an email from a different “shipping vendor” which was a third-party I had never heard of. A month later (tbh, I forgot I ordered something), I got a notification that the package was lost. When I contacted UPS, they said that I had to go through the seller, since they outsourced the shipping. It was $80 that I never got reimbursed for because BSB blamed the “shipping vendor.” I was extremely disappointed and do not advise supporting them until they get into big box stores.

I ordered $125 in oils from them, paid, never received order after 2 weeks and can’t even get anyone to respond to my messages. I am so disappointed. $125 gone! They took my money and didn’t deliver my products.

I went to a scent event on July 20th 2025 where they sold their fragrance oilS . My mother paid 55.00 for a 4 ounce of shimmering body oil. She also paid well over 100.00 for other body oil products. She received every item except the 55.00 shimmering body oil. We noticed this after we left the event. So I emailed them immediately to rectify this for my mom . I showed them proof in the email the receipt and pics of her body oils. I explained that we did not get it and that we would like to have them send the body oil to my mother. They responded via email by stating " their checkout process includes a final verification step and that a team member confirms the items in your bag and obtain your signature to acknowledge receipt. At this time we will not be issuing a refund or reshipping the items". This did not happen. At the event no team member confirmed the items in her bag and did not ask her for her signature. I even offered to pay for the shipping so that my mother could receive her product that she paid 55.00 for. They then stated to have my mom personally email them with proof of receipt (which she did). The company never reached back to my mother. I tried then to go on all of their social media platforms mentioning that my mother did not get her product on facebook and Instagram. Not only did they still not help me but they blocked me on ALL forms of social media including Tik Tok. I was blocked on Facebook and Instagram. I have never seen anything like this in my life. I later found out that This company loves to block people when you have a legitimate complaint about an item they didnt receive. Instead of solving the issue, they will immediately block you. I am not the only person who they have done this to. I am asking for my mother to either receive her 4 ounce shimmering body oil or give her the 55.00 back as a refund . I have proofs of being blocked on all platforms. I also have receipt of the purchase. This company needs to be investigated. I just want my mom to get her product and i will never order from them again. NOTE: I even tried to message the CEO and I was blocked before I could even send a message to her. My mom needs her product or the 55.00 back. These people are ghetto and will take your money and block u every single time. I should have never told my mother and sis about them. We all loved the scents and the experience at the event but after how they treated me and mom..NONE of us will be back and I am already telling people not to try their products.

I ordered 2 bottles of oil June 13th and now it's July 10th and still have not received them. I've email, text, called without success. I said send them or refund my money. I'm so disappointed. I got my first order right away, but I don't think I'll be ordering again.

Complete scam. I tried reaching out to customer service and guess what, surprise, no response! SMH. Money wasted.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!!! I ordered a perfume oil on March 7, 1015, paid $12 shipping and till date have not received any product. I contacted the company several times and they said I should claim against UPS. I did that and UPS referred me back to the company. I sent several emails to Brown Sugar Babe and they are no longer responding to my emails 😡😡😡. I have been scammed! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY unless you want to part with your money and have no way to get it back.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Brown Sugar Babe for several months and have truly enjoyed their perfume oils. I’ve also had positive interactions with their customer service in the past, which is why this experience was so disappointing.

Last Christmas one of my orders got lost in transit. Unfortunately, the company was closed for the rest of the year, so I wasn’t able to get any support or resolution. Since I wasn’t going to pay for something I didn’t receive, plus I had to replace the oils since they were gifts, I informed them I’d be filing a dispute with my credit card company. I didn’t do this out of spite, but because there was simply no other way to address the issue during their closure. My credit card company said they would drop the dispute if the order could be fulfilled.

Rather than working with me, Brown Sugar Babe decided to block me from their website altogether. No conversation, no warning—just locked out. I guess the message is they no longer want my business. As a returning customer who supported and genuinely loved their products, this was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional move.

I discovered this company in September 2024. I can't believe I only heard about this company so recently but I am not a big social media DIVA. I initially ordered the trio Parfum Oil box which, despite the price, I was able to try 3 scents of my choosing. I ordered, (based on research), Rich Aunty; Madam and Princess Treatment. I love all of them! That love sparked my future and ongoing purchases, at an average of 2 orders per week. I always received my orders timely. However post their mega- Black Friday sale, the orders are slower BUT the ability to track pending orders works! The quality of the scents are amazing! I love BSB! Thanks for giving us such amazing and high quality products at an affordable price point!

BSB has disgusting and unprofessional customer service. Don’t be fooled by the hype on social media by influencers. Influencers receive preferential treatment, not the paying customers.

I decided to try their products after seeing reviews on their body oils. I purchased one and I’m so glad that’s all I bought. Over a week plus $12 shipping costs later, I had no clue where my order was nor was the tracking they provided accurate. However, here’s the good part! I inquired about shipment of orders on their Instagram page and was BLOCKED!

You may not like a customer’s approach, but it’s their money and they have a right to express their concerns. The lack of business acumen is sickening. I will never patronize this business again, and I wish I could’ve canceled the order.

After I disputed the purchase, sent them an email expressing my disdain, the package is suddenly “in transit” per UPS.

This small business is hilarious. This is my experience, but I’ve seen a TikToker make a review going through the same thing. I’d advise all to proceed with caution. There’s other businesses that specialize in the same thing. Take your money elsewhere.
