Tragedy there is no UK Brooks Brothers shop.
A tragedy that there is no Brooks Brothers supplier in the UK - but ordering from Italy went very well.
Classic white button down cotton oxford shirt - arrived well packed and with labels for return which was not necessary.
I have ten BB shirts - all bought when I used to travel on business. I also bought a New & Lingwood shirt in the UK and have had a poor service.

Beware of Brooks brothers delivering service partner!
Customer service excellent and shopping experience as well. Unfortunately the shipping company (Fedex) is impossible to communicate with. I placed my order 9th of June and my order isn't delivered yet. Not Brooks Brothers fault but it makes the whole experience a lot worse.

The quality has always been incredibile. In comparison to other non-iron shirts BB is the best.
My only criticisim is that the online selection is not comprehensive of all the shirts. I was unable to find specific models and had to scroll through all products to find what I needed
