Fully recommend this company. We had a rubble bag blocked in our drain from a previous builder and Jack and his team remained polite and cheerful throughout and completed the job quickly. They disinfected our terrace and left everything good as new. We are so impressed by how professional they were that we are having them back for other jobs that need doing. After shopping around we also found their prices very competitive, definitely value for money.

Jack from Bromley Plumbers helped us this week with a query about a leak at our house. He responded almost instantly to my enquiry and was able to fit us in first thing the next day which was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and gave us great advice. Can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using their services again.

I needed someone to get in a tight crawl space to determine how much water had leaked under the house and clear it up. I'd tried several plumbers (including my insurance company!) who said they didn't have the ability to potentially pump water out. Great service. Called Bromley plumbers for a leak coming through my ceiling and within the hour they arrived. Tom and jack got straight to the job in hand, found the leak and repaired all at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend Bromley plumbers!!

George has fixed a leak on our shower today that has been an ongoing issue. Bromley Plumbers have been first class to deal with. Excellent communication, punctual, efficient and clean and tidy. Quite possibly the most professional company that we have dealt with in a long time. We will definitely be using these guys again and thoroughly recommend them!

The overall service and response was excellent. Jack and his colleague from Bromley plumbers helped us clear the blocked drains and sewer outside our home. Not only were they on-time (speedy response), but cleared the blocked drains and helped fixed a blocked sink in our laundry room ( not originally part of the work). Overall, excellent customer service and they ensure that we are happy with the work done. Not too pricey either.

Jack was arrived when he said he would, was professional, polite and friendly. He gave great advice on a couple of issues and we'll not hesitate to call for any other plumbing issues in the future

Amazing job! We have used this company twice now and they have done a fantastic job on both occasions. the first was an emergency call out and the second was fitting a downstairs toilet. The price, professionalism and general all round lovely nature means i wouldn't think about using another company for my plumbing work. Used Bromley Plumbers for the first time today to replace my radiator which was leaking. They arrived promptly was very helpful and knowledgeable couldn’t recommend them enough will definitely be using them going forward!

I have used Bromley plumbers many times. Jack and his team are very professional and extremely competitive on price. I am a professional landlord and they have done every plumbing job for me, from new bathrooms to leaks blocked drains and dripping taps. They always go the extra mile and never over charge.
Cant recommend these guys enough

Blocked drain in garden, arrived within the time told and unblocked the blockage..also tightened up a loose toilet seat and fixed dripping tap at no extra charge. I must say your engineers are a credit to the Bromley Plumbers name! Will defo be using again.

Have used Jack at Bromley plumbers on more then one occasion now, for both plumbing and drainage issues.
Every time he is quick to reply and attend said job, either himself or one of the other lads. They are all so polite and clean and tidy.
