I’d never heard of British home sellers before however, Exceptional service & fast process. They delivered excellent customer service and no complications. Would strongly recommend to anyone going through this process.

We purchased our property through British Home Sellers who were outstanding throughout. Charles went above and beyond to help with communication and coordination throughout the chain. I honestly believe if Charles wasn't involved, it may have not had a happy ending! He was always reachable even outside of work ours and Charles is an absolute asset to the business. We would definitely use British Home Sellers on our next move.

Slick marketing by employees who sound professional & are very convincing. However, didn’t get a single viewing on our property in the 3 months with them. Had viewings with the agents we were with before these for a shorter time. Very disappointing.
We received a weekly ‘update’ from our assigned agent, mainly advising how many views we’d had online. (Information you can get from other sites). Surprise surprise their only tool to generate more interest was to reduce the price, just like any estate agent!
Worst of all, after giving 30 days notice, as in their terms of contract, we returned from a trip away on 23/12 to discover our property hadn’t been removed from the market. Despite emails & phone calls there was no reply from them as they had finished for Christmas. No doubt their excuse. What would have happened if we had broken the terms of the contract with them??!!
There are no ‘investors’ and this is just an estate agent by another name charging much higher fees.
Do yourself a favour and read the reviews carefully (the good ones are mainly buyers or people who’ve left them soon after initial contact with the company) then save yourself time & money & take your business to a local agent.

As a buyer the best part of the experience was dealing with Alex during the offer stage. He offered great guidance and advice and I felt like he treated both myself and the vendor as his customers. He was also helpful when I had queries and either answered them or pointed me in the right direction.

Overall a smooth experience of purchasing a property and we had no issues. Charles in particular was helpful, professional and always polite. Thank you.

Alex was brilliant and couldn't recommend enough, always happy to help, and always went the extra mile in regards to being the bridge between both solicitors. I’ve found BHS to be very helpful and supportive in the process of facilitating the transactions of an otherwise stressful property chain I was in due to my side of the deal with my property buyers and solicitors. Buying process was very quick & hassle free

My first time bought a property on my own and I received good advice from you guy. No problem at all. Thank you.

Don't bother, they are no better than a local estate agent. Firstly they offer you 85% of your house price. Tell you that they have a portfolio of investors, that they can sell your house in a month for what seems like a great price, or buy it from you for an even better price, or put you up for sale for another great price but just as an estate agent would. Then you are hassled for a 25.00 deposit from their solicitors for a house that they haven't even got on the market. It then takes them 10 days to finally get the house to go live on the same websites that other estate agents use, with absolutely appalling quality photos. So bad in colour it's embarrassing. Then you sit and wait for all these promises they give you. Investors don't materialise, neither do the viewings (which you have to do yourself) we had 1 in the time on with them. Then when you ask for the cash offer price, surprise surprise its nothing like 85% of the market value. We never found out the actual price as they were so cagey they never formally came back with the offer. Except we were told it was considerably less than the 318K they offered via a letter which they had the gall to send us. Then we were offered what they call an auction style format, which it isn't its just offering at a lower price with offers over supposedly to drum up business. Then if you ask for the cash offer each time you reduce it they then reduce the cash price. That doesn't work either, so then what they do is have the cheek to expect you to reduce it by 75k to sell it. Give them a wide berth, they don't give you anywhere near the cash price they offer, their pictures are poor, their service isn't great and they just tell you BS to get you to sign up knowing full well they won't sell your house for the price they say they can sell it for. If they don't get any interest, you go to the bottom of the pile and they lose interest.

What can I say they said all the right things to begin with. Then they ring you all the time till you agree to sell through them ,then when ever I rang up ,no floor plan till I rang and asked why then it magically appeared, never answers phone never rings back about updates , if you ring the central office he is always there and free to tell you nothing wasted three months of my life couldn’t wait to get away from them , absolute rubbish and lies from the start. all names have been removed to stop trustpilot removing my true account as asked by British home sellers
