A marvellous company with excellent products. I purchased the Beef Tallow Balm a few months ago and this is truly a miracle balm. I've used it as moisturiser for my face but also discovered that it works wonders on troubled areas of the skin, also. I felt the early signs of a stye,& applied the balm at night. In the morning, the skin had completely calmed down. My ADHD husband, who can't tolerate fuddy creams has used this on areas of irritation and again, the balm has calmed his skin. It really is a rescue remedy. Recently, I ran out & messaged the company because it had sold out, on the website. They emailed back & offered me mini-tubs, as an emergency solution - absolutely first class customer service.

I find their customer services are extremely helpful and give good advice and information.

The products are very good especially the Kefizz and chocolate bone broth especially on a cold day.

My dog also has the kefizz on his food to aid the gut as well as the Beef Bone broth.

Best natural products ever used

Edit: after their reply below I contacted them as they asked with the information and pictures requested and although they agree that their return policy states : To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, they have decided that in this case to refund me for the item without returning it (which I have received today) and they will keep a note of this experience on their records.

Review : I purchased the Beef Tallow Sunscreen SPF30, used it for the first time today, applied as directed went to walk my dog for 1.5hours at the beech and my face is now burnt.

It wasn’t even that sunny, 14 degrees and cloudy. I did not sweat and according to the usage instructions you only need to reapply every 2hours or if you have been sweating or in water which I haven’t.

So yeah I’m a bit miffed to be honest, it blatantly DOES NOT WORK!

It also is greasy on your skin and looks awful.

But guess what, their refund policy states that if a product has been opened or used it cannot be returned.

Absolute Scam!

I ordered the beef tallow sunscreen but my package was not addressed properly as my door number was left off the delivery note! But on checking my door number is in my account! But after emailing British Broth they quickly dispatched another item at no cost as a good will gesture which was great I have only tested the tallow on my skin and it smells amazing of coconut it’s a little thick but that is too be expected overall I have had a great experience

Im not a major coffee lover but was looking for a more natural way of getting collagen into my daily routine, the broffee was lovley, I add half teaspoon honey and a bit of milk, I now look forward to this every morning as part of my routine. Well be purchasing again!

I had been looking for a new pure type 2 collagen product for a while and so glad I came across this company. I have only been taking the tablets for a few weeks so a little early to be commenting but the pain in my joints does seem to have eased a bit.
I wish it was in powder form as I am not too keen on tablets but might mean it is less processed. The delivery was fast and the packaging is environmentally friendly and can be slipped through the post box. Many thanks.

This review is for the beef tallow balm which I purchased along with the sun protection ( the latter not yet used). I patch tested the balm first - brilliant, no reaction. I've been applying it nightly, to my face and hands. The first important point is that it's non- comodegenic, a problem which I've encountered with many moisturisers ( some expensive). It leaves the skin feeling lovely and plump in the morning. I'll definitely keep it in mind as a healing balm for my dogs when or if necessary, having read the reviewer who applied it to her dog's paws

I am into my second tub now of 'Tallow Balm', I use it daily, mainly face, neck and hands (and my shaven head!!).... it's made a difference, and at 48 I got lots of comments on how good my skin is, "what's my secret" friends ask, so and so on, when I say it's Tallow Balm the reaction is always a chuckle, but I know they're all looking up the stiff now and I always recommend British Broth Company..... I tried a couple of others, and this has been the best.

Taste lacklustre and almost non existent.

Great company and products! I use the lamb tallow cream and am frequent buying. It has replaced all other creams!It smells lovely with the lavender and is very nourishing and healing. I had an issue with a batch but Rachel very promptly fixed and resolved the issue. Communication and friendly service means a lot and builds loyalty.
I also use the bone broth and tumeric capsules to support immune and joints.

Good quality products, all natural and no nasty additives or colours. Well packaged and fast delivery. I’ve been taking Multi Collagen Broth Capsules for a while now, they definitely have helped and noticed a difference with my skin,hair and nails, I can’t see how they are helping on the inside but on the outside things have improved for sure. Excellent service and products. Using the Collagen supplements daily and they've helped enormously.

I tried the hot chocolate. I had no reaction to it as I half expected. I found it didn't taste chocolaty enough so made it double strength

Broth initially purchased due to the collagen content and the fact that there are no added artificial ingredients. The collagen was to help ease joint discomfort. I bought the chicken, venison, chocolate and broffee. All tasted and enjoyed except the venison. Nothing wrong with the venison, just not yet tried. The chocolate does taste better with a spoonful of honey as a drink and also works well sprinkled in to porridge or over fresh fruit. The broffee is a little bitter but I like it. The chicken broth has a delicate flavour and works equally well as stock or a drink on its own. I happily recommend all of the products I have so far enjoyed.

I ordered the venison tallow which is of exemplary quality. I will definitely be ordering again.

Product arrived quickly .I was rather expecting it to have more flavour so could be used to make a quick gravy .The usual granuls I buy have palm oil in .

I purchased the lamb bone broth because it doesn't contain anything other than pure bone broth, so nothing to upset my sensitive digestive system. Also as it is pressure cooked there isn't an histamine issue.
It arrived quickly. I enjoy it so much I have taken out a monthly subscription.
