Outstanding Service
I have ridden with British Airport Transfers for over 20 years. Never had a bad journey. The drivers are always on time, courteous and careful drivers. The cars are clean and well-maintained. I honestly cannot recommend them too highly. Great value for money. They have also always been super helpful and responsive with delays and flight issues.

I have used British Airport transfers for many years and been very satisfied. But last year in June I was quoted £250 for one passenger and I small piece of luggage. This was from SW6 4JB to Gatwick and return
This was excessive so I used a different company

The price quoted for return journeys are very competitive and over the past few years airports across the UK have increased drop off and pick up fees quite significantly and compared to few years ago, these charges and other operating costs including fuel and private hire vehicle insurances have tripled. Further more we offer a private car for our customers exclusively for them regardless of number of passengers while shared shuttle services and ride hailing apps often offer cheaper alternatives because of lower operating costs and poor quality of service.
Our pre-booked trasfer service is based on premium guaranteed service with fixed prices for our passengers who wants reliability with clean and comfortable vehicles. Our speciality is to provide this expected service at reasonable cost while maintaining high standards at all times.

Consistently superb service over 16 years, twice a year. Each of my trips with British Airport Transfers has been excellent. I've always been very keen on your…
I've always been very keen on your service, but our last ride was a disappointment. The driver did not meet us in the arrivals hall, but rather had us go up to the Uber ride share area. If I wanted to be picked up in that area, I would have just booked an Uber.

Upon reviewing the call logs, it is evident that a mutual agreement was reached during your conversation with the driver to meet at the car park pick-up point, specifically to save you time and get you on your way as quickly as possible.
We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding this arrangement. Our standard procedure is always a "Meet and Greet" in the arrivals hall unless it is agreed otherwise for the passenger's convenience.

Always totally reliable
Always totally reliable.
Cars are always clean and drivers are punctual and friendly. You always know who will be driving you a day before to confirm pick up. Have been using them for years and never had a problem even when flights are delayed or bags take ages to come through. Would highly recommend.

Good seevice and communication
I find booking taxis online is straightforward and always found them to be flexible when travel plans change. They have always been on time and have good communication when returning if flights are delayed or it is slow to get through customs.

We have used British Airport Transfers for a very long time, usually two or three times a year. We find the service is excellent, and the drivers are always polite and friendly. Booking online is very easy, but when I have booked over the phone the office staff are also very helpful and efficient.

Terrible customer service
We booked a car to pick us up from the airport, we had bought an extra suitcase whilst on holiday, so had more luggage than when we left. The driver told us we should have booked a bigger car, in the end we managed to get everything in the car.
On our return we discovered that the company had charged us £11 more for a bigger car, that we never actually needed or got.
We used this company around five or six times a year and explained to them what had happened and that if they continued with the charge we would not use them again
Only response was we supplied you with a bigger car, which they didn’t and no refund very short sighted in their side as we will not use them again or recommend them

Check your booking confirmation email for the exact company name and logo.
Verify the merchant name on your bank or credit card statement for that £11 charge.
Locate your Booking Reference number for that specific trip.
If your records confirm the booking was indeed with us, please email your reference number to info@british-airport-transfers.co.uk immediately. We will investigate the discrepancy and, if an error was made on our part, we will resolve it and issue a refund right away.

Very easy and efficient booking. The driver was right on time for our pick-up and notified us when he arrived. The ride to our destination was pleasant and right on time for the expected arrival.
