Had a very good support, guidance and feedback from zofia and Arsalan. So relieved now after completing the DET level 5.

Thank you!!! I have gained my qualification which will not propel my further learning. The support and guidance received was amazing. My queries were responded to promptly and work was marked in a timely manner. Highly recommended

I have been very happy with the work, feedback and support from Mia especially as well as Anwar. They have provided unbelievable support and service and have helped me achieve my goals. I would recommend one hundred percent.

Can't fault the course. All the information was provided, including eBooks and website references. Tutor (Clare) was very helpful, providing support and clarifying details. Feedback from assessors was constructive and helpful. Quick turnaround on assessments and feedback, allowed me to review and move on to next unit at earliest opportunity.

Good, constructive feedback an always there to help, would 100% recommend this to other people and have done so.

I am happy with the quality of education I received with them.

Thank you, Mia; you're a shining star! Your guidance helped me unlock my potential, a capability I never believed I had. I appreciate your countless reviews and exceptional feedback, which elevated my work to high standards. I couldn't have asked for a better tutor. The rest of the team has been incredible. Despite my initial hesitation about taking an online course, the BTC team was always there to support me whenever I reached out. I'm truly grateful. Thank you so much.

I successfully completed the Level 5 DET course at Britannia Training Centre, and it has truly been an exceptional journey. Throughout the course, I received outstanding support from the entire team, with special thanks to Ayaz, Lena, and Ross. Their guidance and assistance were instrumental in my successful completion of the course. I wholeheartedly recommend Britannia Training Centre to anyone seeking to further their education.

I have successfully completed four courses offered by Britannia School. The invaluable knowledge and guidance provided by the tutors enabled me to successfully attain diplomas in each course. These qualifications have not only elevated my employability but also allowed me to pursue a career as a lecturer and assessor, contributing to my professional growth.

The sales teams comprising of Sophia and Danilyas were quick to respond and did not get impatient with the number of questions I threw at them to make sure I was picking the best provider for the AET. I Am looking foward to using Moodle. Even though Pearson were offereing 3 online courses for free along with the AET, I checked the sample video and was deeply unimpressed... given how global Pearson/Edulink I was disappointed with the sample teaching video thus decided to go with School of Academics because I feel like the oldest providers don't need to try so hard and I was really pleased with the fact that Britannia have a fast-track option. I hope to finish the AET and do the level 4 and 5 certificate and diploma with them. So far, very impressed

Excellent customer service received from Ayaz this morning. Quick responses to all my questions and help me through the process.

I am really grateful choosing BTC UK for my DET level 5 and especially appreciate Ayaz for taking time to share and explain me every bit of process and opportunity. I am really Thankful to Almighty for getting best people around. Love the institute, I am planning to work with them at long run, looking at the quality and the price. Highly recommend!

Ayaz helped me through all of my questions to relating the course, practical requirements and payment plans. He was very quick to respond to my messages and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service.

Ayaz has been absolute pleasure the last 2 days. Very quick and informative responses. Very clear in what I needed to do. Really excited to start my new course!

Excellent service. Prompt reply

Doing very well work ..!

I spoke to Ayaz on the phone, who explained everything in great detail, and answered any and all questions that I had about the course, qualifications, etc. He was lovely and supportive, and even called me back later in the day so I could figure things out. He was very transparent about everything, and quite enthusiastic. If you get called by Ayaz, know you'll be in very good hands. Otherwise, I've so far had good experiences with everything else too. I love the fact that there's so many people you can speak to if you need help.

Amazing guidance and help. Everything I needed was readily available. I was able to complete the course fast and efficiently.

I have been looking for an assessor course for a while, the Britannia website is very thorough and provided me with the details I needed to go ahead with booking on the course. Ayaz answered my questions straight away and was extremely helpful. I am now looking forward to receiving my course details and starting the course.
