Excellence service very easy drop off and very easy pick up my car is waiting for me never too long to wait for the bus to and from the airport I used carport three or four times and I’ve never had a problem

What an absolutely awful experience. Firstly, when I rang the car park as directed on the confirmation email, I was told that my car wasn’t booked in. The man on the phone was extremely rude and would not listen to my concerns. Luckily there was another number on the paper work, the occupier of which was much more reasonable. Upon arrival I was told that the company of which I have booked with had not been paying the car park and so we would have to pay again. As we were now fast approaching time for our flight time, we had little other option. I had attempted to call the company of which I made my initial booking but they were only open Monday- Friday 9-5 and this was a Saturday. So I sent an email instead.
Then upon return from our holiday, I again called the number to be collected from the station (where you are dropped off and collected from). I advised that there were 5 people in our party, something I confirmed twice because I was told to call for a second time once we had reached a second check point.
It was raining and cold at the time we were waiting for pick up. For context, I had 2 children in my party, my elderly mother in law and I am disabled. The minibus arrived and there was another group also awaiting pick up. Due to the number of people in their party and in ours, there wasn’t enough room in the mini bus, despite telling them twice that we had 5 people. We therefore had to wait another 20 minutes in the cold, wind and rain. To our shock, we then saw that one of the car park attendants had driven our vehicle to the station! This was without permission and likely without appropriate insurance. I have never had such an awful experience.

Don't book with them. They are an agent. And terrible. The car park did not get my booking. Go direct with the provider.
