Absolute disgrace, took weeks to get here, then on receiving the item it looks nothing like the advert, cheap material, printed and not embroidered like in the advert, totally different color …. Never seen such a misleading site …. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade ….

Can't believe I didn't check reviews first. As per all reviews here...extremely poor quality, shipment took a very long time. Will also be donating to charity and marking up to experience. Avoid if you can.

My order was placed about 10 days ago. Impossible to get hold of anyone, have no idea where my order is or if it will turn up. This company popped up on Facebook. I absolutely would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Ordered the cowboy boots, arrived very late, plastic material not suede as advertised, unable to return as in china, so cross🤬🤬, AVOID AVOID AVOID. !!!!!

Well the blouse arrived and because I had read the reviews I was expecting the worst and so was not surprised to receive a shoddy garment which did not remotely resemble the one in photo on the website. Have put it down to experience and donated it to charity

Wish I had read these reviews first. I always check with Trust Pilot but was completely taken in by their convincing website and photographs of their shop in Bristol. A complete SCAM. I haven’t received the blouse yet but I suspect it will be poor quality. It said it was cotton but we will see. It says in transit last updated a week ago. A tracking number from Royal Mail says they are waiting to receive it from a Chinese carrier. Instagram have numerous advertisers like these and I have reported them as fraudulent but they take no notice and do not take them down.

Absolutely 100% scam company. They're not a family run business since 1988 as they state on their website. All orders come from China and not via Royal Mail tracked service as stated. Items are not as advertised, leather boots turned out to be cheap plastic. No return details and they make it impossible to send the items back for a refund stating you are liable for the return costs which needs to be sent to China! Won't give a refund either! Stay well clear

Shoes advertised as leather. They are not and are extremely plastic-y and poor quality. The company is based in China so goods cannot be returned and only offered a 15% discount. Poor customer service and lousy product

Feels like a scam, received an order that looks nothing like the picture. I have tried to return but no return address is provided on the website and customer service won't provide the address.

Scam! Products look nothing like what they advertise, awful quality of fabric. Not responding to e-mail so don’t use this company.

SCAM - the clothing photographed on the website is NOT what you receive. I purchased two shirts which looked like linen with embroidery. What arrived was a poorly made synthetic top with a poorly printed pattern.

To process a return you have to request the address which turns out to be in china. I was offered 15% of the total price back or to return the items to china. The recommendation being take the 15%, because this would be less expensive than returning them to China.

Used to be Cambridge Artisan I think, same scam company!!

Total scam company. Don't be fooled by the website --they are not a uk store as the images suggest but some cheap factory in China making cheap clothes. I ordered a blouse but the quality was awful and the fit and asked for a refund. I smelled a rat as soon as I read their email asking for pictures of the goods etc
'Joy' wrote a long email saying she would escalate my dissatisfaction to senior management, but all I said was I wanted a refund. She gave me an address in China or a 15% discount on the product I had bought. I could return it to China but chances of it being a real address or ever getting a refund are slim. Beware. I tried to give my experience zero stars but it wouldn't allow so had to give it one star.

Scam. Confirmation at time of order says text will be received with order number. None ever received. Return to website has no way to locate order. Have already reported to credit card company that my info may have been used in fraudulent manner. Stay clear!
