Excellent advice on the phone, very competitive price for parts and repair and excellent repair by a very knowledgeable engineer (more knowledgeable than other plumbers who dealt with a persistent problem in the last few years).
It took a few days to get an appointment sorted out though. But a reminder email yielded an immediate response and hot showers!

Bristan products are usually fantastic - i am very happy to pay a large premium. My bathrooms have Bristan taps. On one occasion, the tap flow was poor. Their customer service was excellent too.

I had a great experience with Bristan customer service recently, and thanks for that. There was a small issue with a payment that was showing up as more than I had expected to be charged, after a quick chat with Bristan's customer service, and then leaving the matter in their hands to sort out, they quickly got back to me to say they had sorted the issue for me and all was okay ! They also stock parts for plumbing that I've gone back to them to purchase time and time again over the years, to keep our taps and bathroom shower unit running smoothly too ! Bristan - great company !! Let's hope they keep it that way and thanks !!

We contacted Bristan as our pop up on the sink was leaking. the representative was helpful and found our item. There was a good warranty on this item which we were not aware off which was a pleasant surprise. The item was sent out special delivery and arrived the next day. Really impressed with the service. Will definitely consider Bristan again.
