I am so happy with my purchase! It took me a very long time to pic a design, so many to choose from - had 15 saved but 30 or more liked.

Delivery was sooner than specified in the order and well packed.

Totally happy and impressed with the quality of the material (so soft and thick) and colors ( viberant like illustrated on the website).

Professionally sewn, substantial backing for room darkening style and grommets are hardly, material is so soft.

Well worth the cost and I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend.

Two cons (but not that important), just wanted to mention):
1) I contacted CS concerning a primary color of a design because it didn't appear to match the description, i.e. background looked white but description said another color (red/orange) that was in the design. CS response didn't really address the color that it appeared so I dropped that design and went on to another. 2) This appears to be an international company and shipping times from China or other places can be substantial amount of time. My order came within 10 days but I was concerned it would have been longer.

Wish I’d looked into this place before I purchased anything. To be fair the curtains were not too bad but sizing completing off!! Beware that the width size is for both curtains together (approximately)
Wanted to exchange for a wider set but you cannot return items! So make sure you know this before you buy!!
After several email exchanges (as they have no number you can call) I had to settle for a 20% refund as I was getting nowhere with the returns process. They advised I had to pay £18 initial cost to ship back to them, and then pay for them to return to their base in china but couldn’t tell me how much this would be! Or give me shipping details. Just said it would be ‘extremely high’ and ‘take a lot of time’ As well as deducting the original posting I would end up paying more than what the curtains cost. I feel this is probably more of a scam as they don’t want to deal with returns, as they can’t possibly make any money if that was the case and it did indeed cost that much for postage!!
So spent £86.95 and got a £16 refund and a pair of curtains I can’t use!

> only positive was "support" replied to my e-mails but felt it was a "we're not really interested" response.
> the whole process from order 26th Feb to part refund was over four weeks.

My curtains were exactly as shown and described. They are excellent quality and I absolutely loved both sets I purchased! It takes a little longer for delivery, but Brillcurtains lets you know that right away. Very satisfied!

Wish I could give zero stars. Very bad customer service. Refusing to refund when curtains are returned. Obviously a scam company. Stay away.

Disappointed in the quality. The product does not match the photo. It looks cheap and the print and color are very low quality, looks painted on. They will not allow a return but did agree to a small partial refund so hopefully I can sell the curtains. Beware when buying or ask for a swatch.

Any good review will be fake, they send you rubbish curtains that look nothing like the picture, they are based in china, so when you complain, they say sure send them back, you then go to the post office to find out it costs more to send them back than to keep them Total Scam, Paypal know and are looking into them, but that did not help me get my money back, they are still letting them use paypal. Be Aware, also this company is trading under 50 company names, return address is the same. SCAM!!!

Curtains are very nice but took so long to get them.

ZERO STARS. They WILL NOT refund or accept returns even with me returning them and paying for shipping myself back to China from the US. I literally will lose money out of principle even though their product is not as described, not the right colour and crap quality. The WORST kind of scam artist company. Wish I had found their true ratings earlier. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I contacted customer service and got a response immediately reassuring me that my curtains were on their way. They arrived within the advised timescale and were so lovely that I immediately ordered a second pair. Can absolutely recommend. ID toy Have any concerns just email customer services. I came across the Brill Curtains website by accident and I am really glad I did because I got the items I wanted a lot cheaper and a lot quicker than Wayfair could have delivered them.
The curtains are beautiful - the colours and the quality, I would post a photo if I could, absolutely delighted, HIGHLY recommended and will definitely be my go to place for curtains in future.

After ordering and paying for my curtains, I read the reviews on here, to say I was mortified is and understatement, I immediately opened a case with PayPal, after a lot of messages to and from brill curtains, they actually arrived today, all I can say,the quality is excellent, they are exactly what we ordered, we are extremely pleased with what we have got,the curtains are perfect, thankyou Brill Curtains,

Do not use this company. Terrible customer service and are not what are advertised. Delivery extremely late even though express delivery paid for. Totally rubbish, wish I had read reviews prior to purchase.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! They are scammers. ordered my curtains over a month ago. Have just been told to wait even though they have confirmed they dont know where my curtains have gone. They have lost them yet refuse to give me a refund or send out new curtains. They have told me to chase up on my courier when it is their responsibility as a company to do so. When you email they just repeat exactly what you have told them and then add on that they are still on flight even though your tracking says attempted delivery. It's 0 stars for me. NEVER USE THIS COMPAY!!

SEARCH FOR OTHERS IN AMERICA WHERE YOU CAN TALK TO A CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE AND THE LAWS PROTECT YOU!!!
REPORT THEM TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, COMSUMER PROECTION AGENCY AND PAY PAL.

I bought my curtains on 21st Feb 2022 and still not here.
Their automated machine kept saying due to unforseen circumstances in the world. OMG how can they blame the war in the Ukraine for their own incompetence.Royal mail says they havn't even sent the item yet.
