Don’t trust this website! It is a clear scam! Stay away from this website. All reviews are written by bot. Also their page on social is fake. Don’t trust this website. I made a purchase as I trusted the 4.1 reviews (back in November 2024), disregarding many hints, which became red flags soon after purchased a Dyson. The prices are very attractive to scam you! The reviews are fake. No physical presence in any country they claim to operate. Fake customer service.

How is this company still going?

I finally got my refund back from a purchase back in September. Don’t be fooled but Stefan or any of the fake customer service. It’s a pure Scam. You will never receive any products.

Please just stay away from them! Just buy goods from reputable shops!

Do not absolutely buy from this website. I bought a Dyson Airstrait from here in December, and it never arrived. €400 gone. Just like another commenter posted here, they promised a refund and AirPods as the product never arrived. Of course, I never got either. Please do not buy from here, you will loose your money.

Wir haben im August 2024 ein IPhone über diese seriöse Fakefirma gekauft.
Allen, die ebenso hereingefallen sind kann ich nur raten eine Anzeige bei der Polizei zu machen und diese an die Verkäufer zu mailen. Auch an die Bank. Somit haben wir unser Geld zurück bekommen und lustigerweise hat Brightselectronics.com den Betrag dann auch erstattet.
Druck machen und drohen und zig Mal hinschreiben
Falls ws hilft die haben den Sitz anscheinend in Dubai.
Und die positiven Bewertungen sind alle KI.
Habe auch Meldung bei Trustpilot gemacht, dass es die Firma nicht gibt und dass ich es inakzeptabel finde, dass Trustpilot nichts dagegen unternimmt

This company is a scam. They haev not sent my goods or refund and my bank is trying to retrieve the funds. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This Is a SCAM SCAM SCAM.
They have ripped me off. Ordered a Dyson in November 2024, and still nothing. Promised free Air Pods as an apology. Still nothing. Requested a refund weeks ago and still nothing.

Ordered a Dyson air wrap in November, emailed after nothing arrived and was told would be with me by 23rd December. It’s now middle of February and no order arrived. No responses to any emails. Totally disgusting, do not order from them.

Opgelet. Je wordt aan het lijntje gehouden en finaal zie je niets. Ik kocht 15/12/2024 een kerstcadeau van dyson maar zag nog niets…

This company is a SCAM. After month of discussion finally get refund but NOT from Brights Electronics but from Visa using chargeback proces.

Brights Electronics is SCAM from Saudi Arabia never buy from them!!!

This website is dodgy. They will not deliver your order and they will not refund your
money giving you reasons relating to technical issues.

Do not trust this company under any circumstance. Ordered a Dyson air wrap 8/10/24. Was promised Apple AirPods as away of apology for delay. Gave up on air wrap 21/11/24, and asked for full refund. 2/1/25 and still no refund!!! Stay away…. All positive reviews can only be lies!!!!!!!

If I could do a zero star rating I would. Please beware. This company is a SCAM. I ordered Dyson Airwrap - website said 1-2 days delivery - once payment was made the acknowledgement immediately said would be a delay. I tried to cancel order before payment was made - but the company took the money 3 days later and I never received any goods or a refund. I lodged a dispute with my bank who have been brilliant and have today - 2 months later - after investigation reimbursed me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Guys, I’ve left a few reviews before but this is a scam. Be careful as now their original page shows as blocked (at least for me), but it seems that they have created a new website called “shop brights” as the email address they use is the same, page set up is almost identical and obviously the name is similar to their previous one. Please be careful!!!

Can everyone who has fallen victim take the following action so they can be stopped

_ contact trust pilot to remove them
- contact Google to request they’re delisted
- alert your banks fraud investigation team
- contact the police fraud prevention unit so they can be caught and stopped.

Trust Pilot the company is attempting to have these posts removed For ‘harmful content’. It’s not harmful it’s true. I’ve still not recieved any goods or a refund of the £246.00 which they promised along with many others who have lost money.

This is a SCAM company!

They will never deliver what you bought waste your time and will not give you back a refund. Just keep lying to you to make you wait and after awhile will stop responding to your emails which is the only way to contact them.

Be careful do not order a thing from them will just be SCAMMED.
