Bought on recommendation of a very trusted friend . ( it’s changed her life !) love the topper & pillows. Feels luxurious. Felt like a valued customer . Beautifully packaged quality merchandise and love it’s a small family company !

Good service and delivery. Initial impressions were of a nice pillow. However, I have been playing with it a lot and it’s not quite right for me yet. My partner likes the slim insert and has been sleeping quite well so far.

I bought a pair of Luna pillows after suffering prolonged neck and shoulder pain. I have always preferred a deep, firm pillow but my existing one was no longer available to purchase.
I have to say that the Luna pillow does initially feel a bit lumpy but it is surprisingly comfy. I do sometimes have to turn it over in the middle of the night as it settles a bit, but my neck and shoulder are much improved after a month of use. In summary, it did what I bought it for so I am very happy.

Excellent topper. I suffer with hip bursitis and I've been living on pain killers. I sleep so well now, the topper relieves the pressure and pain, I haven't used pain killers since. It is on top of a good but hard mattress.

I was unsure to start but as I get a lot of neck pain thought I would give this pillow a try. Medium/firm

The first night I did chuck it on the floor as I felt too high and uncomfortable. But I have persevered and I am 5 nights in, my husband is now using one (and he is definitely snoring less), and we are both finding these pillows really good.
I also suffer from acid reflux overnight and I have not had it at all since using this pillow as my head is slightly elevated. Would recommend trying these pillows.

The Nox Vegan Down Alternative pillow arrived quickly and was well-packaged. Instructions easy. I did find that when you use the medium and flatter pillow together, it's too high. So I went with the regular pillow and added some filler, and it's much better. Quite comfy and pliable, but it is possibly a bit warm. I wasn't 100% thrilled with the pillow, but returning is not so easy (no printable lable, etc.), so I decided to go for the "eco return," where Brightr gives a partial refund and there's less carbon footprint. I do wish there was a phone number to get in touch with Brightr quickly.

I have brought to lots recently of your pillows .And brought some previously but gave them to my son and they said they were the best pillows they have ever had i was so annoed i gave them away .Bt was nice to o they like them just given my other daughter some as she suffered badly with neck pain and never could find a nice pillow so supper happy would not buy any others now

I bought a body pillow and a luna pillow on a 2 for 1 deal. Unfortunately the Luna pillow is really uncomfortable for me. I’ve tried it with all variations of filling and it’s just no good- either too hard or too empty and lumpy.

I felt safe in the knowledge that I could return it if I didn’t get on with it. However, when I read the conditions it’s almost impossible for me to do this, because you have to send it back in original packaging (they were vacuum packed), send both pillows back (the body pillow is incredibly heavy and large), and pay the postage.

I feel mislead by the advertising and am now stuck with an expensive pillow I can’t sleep with.

In addition, the Luna pillow is made up of shredded memory foam, which is essentially plastic, so I am concerned for the environment should I ever try to dispose of it.

There was a musty smell at first and the harder side seemed too stiff, but after a few days I was confident enough to throw all the packing materials, my old mattress topper and the return slip away. very happy with the purchase.

I was kept advised every step of the way and when parcel arrived it was exactly what I was expecting. I think being a returning customer says it all.

Arrived quickly and good quality. I have bought more pillows than I can count and am still getting used to this one but so far I am well impressed. I have no pressure on my head and -fingers crossed have found a pillow that delivers. I like the fact you can add and remove filling. It would ve good if they sold refill bags of stuffing separately for people who might need it.

It came quickly and had the best night sleep in a while

Have only been sleeping on the mattress for 3 nights and it appears to be satisfactory. Have only slept on the firmer side at present so need to try the less firmer side to see which better suits my needs.

My boyfriend had neck problems and the pillow really helped him and he no longer wakes up with a sore neck and back.

Speedy delivery. Well packed item. Pleased with the comfortable mattress topper, giving extra life to a slightly too soft mattress.

This has genuinely been the worst refund experience I’ve ever had.
My return was delivered 27 days ago, and Brightr clearly states that refunds are processed within 14–21 days. Despite providing tracking details immediately and receiving a message saying the refund would be issued “in the next couple of days,” the status remained stuck on Approved with no actual progress.
As of today, I still have not received my refund.

Customer service replies politely, but nothing actually moves forward. The process is slow, unclear, and gives the impression that the company holds on to customers’ money beyond their own stated timeframe.
I do not recommend this company and I will definitely not be returning as a customer.

Returns - ignored and frustrated
Bought a matress topper which was, to be fair, delivered promptly - this was in late December.

However upon opening and letting expand, found that the size of the topper was at least 6cm shorter than the advertised size and as such did not fit on my bed properly. It's crazy that there should be such a big size discrepancy in manufacturing. Therefore needed to return and buy elsewhere. Started a return request and it took over 2 weeks to get any contact and a free postage label due to the defect and I have been systematically ignored and given false promises from the almost non existent customer "care" 'department' - which I have by now concluded must just be farmed out to a 3rd party service provider that only works for Brightr as a client one or 2 days a week max - forget what it says on the website.

After countless emails and £180 out of pocket, I had to spend out on another Topper from elsewhere in the meantime. A week later I was promised a collection would be made that same week and I had the next 2 emails ignored again trying to find out when this might be.

Finally received a return collection arranged which was received in the Brightr warehouse on January 16th.
Fast forward to now, over 3 WEEKS LATER AND I STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND and I am yet again being blanked by customer "care" department.

I literally never write bad reviews but I've now had enough and am compelled to write this here as I've unfortunately now seen that my experience echoes many others. Wish I'd come here first to look before buying. If there is an issue with your order, they simply don't care and I currently feel like my money has been stolen.

Edit: In response to the below Reply from Brightr - Refund was NOT processed within stated timeframe and was only processed immediately AFTER I posted this Trustpilot review - not a coincidence. I'd advise anyone experiencing similar issues as me to post a review here as it seems to be the one and only way to grab Brightr's attention and obtain a resolution. N.b. I am not the only person reviewing on Trustpilot to experience the same.
