Ordered a mattress topper with two pillows. Only mattress topper arrived, I contacted virtual assistant who told me to email. Emailed a week ago and nothing since. Emailed again and still nothing, can't seem to get in touch with DPD so it's a bit of a scam to be honest. Very disappointed - order number Order #BR202050711 you also have the order number on the numerous emails I sent you.

Material look and feel like good quality
My first order from Brightr. The mattress topper looked just like the photo and really lovely.
Haven’t slept on it yet as it’s for my spare room, but it looks as firm as expected when I laid on it.

The mattress topper I purchased from…
The mattress topper I purchased from Brightr does not have the required fixed fire safety label. My request for a return and refund was refused.
I then contacted trading standards via citizens advice. They have instigated an inspection into this matter which is ongoing. They have advised me that Bright will contact me and refund my money. As yet I have had no response. The dispute started in November 2025

After looking into the matter, it appears this was a one-off manufacturing oversight where a product was sent without the fixed label, which is certainly not the standard we aim for. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we worked to resolve the issue.

I recently got the Brightr® Titan Deluxe Mattress Topper and it’s made a noticeable difference to my sleep. I had an amazing night’s sleep and found that I wasn’t waking up as much during the night. It’s really comfortable and supportive, and it’s definitely improved the overall feel of my mattress. I’m very happy with it so far and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their sleep.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. Refreshingly straightforward and uncomplicated especially as I had an issue with delivery. The topper itself is perfect. I had a brilliantly comfortable night’s sleep the first in ages! Would 100% recommend.

Quick delivery, good quality

Cured my lower back pain
I started suffering lower back pain and restless sleep after sleeping on an old mattress. I ordered the Titan Deluxe and the pain was gone pretty much overnight and I am no longer waking up tossing and turning. Would recommend, it's not cheap but much better value than a new high quality mattress.

Have tried so many pillows over the years , finally found the one , Brightr have the best pillows , no more neck or shoulder pain , sleeping so much better , amazing pillows , customer for life , recommend to my friend and she loves them to , best pillows out there

I really love my pillows
I really love my pillows. The questionnaires really helped me figure out what I needed and I loved the testing aspect of it as well. Returning is difficult though as they come in small vacuum packed boxes so that made me a little wary. I have had to get pillow cases from them as well as more standard pillows don’t seem to fit - but has been worth it for me. I would definitely think it all through though next tine

Terrible after care, look elsewhere!
They make it sound like they offer a good customer service, trials, no faff returns etc. But it is all marketing and no substance.
Do not fall for this company, easy to buy but terrible after care.
There are plenty of nicer companies to deal with, they offer nothing more than a substandard pillow at a very over the top price tag.
