Safe Gas Plumbing & Electrics Anmeldelser

Professional, polite and reliable service

Great service, called in the morning for the boiler service, it was completed within 4 hours and all documentation provided. The staff are friendly and the team are very helpful. highly recommended.

Arrived at the precise time agreed and the work was done efficiently and rapidly. The engineer was friendly and informative about the service being carried out. No problems at all.

I was genuinely so impressed by Safe Gas in every aspect of their work. Our boiler went in the middle of Feb and within 40 mins of calling them an engineer was at our door. He was great - identified the problem quickly and told me what needed to be done to fix it. Later that day they emailed a couple of options over, with prices. I chose one and asked for a specific day for him to come back and sort things out. He arrived on time that day with the parts needed, fixed it and got everything up and running again. Sounds straightforward I guess but was such a relief and they were great at everything - customer service, no hidden costs, did what they said they would.

Always a professional and friendly service. The engineer who installed the boiler 2 years ago came to carry out this year’s service. It was good to see a familiar face. Would recommend Safe Gas and Electrics without hesitation

Fast and effective: immediate problem solved, long term issues avoided

Very efficient, helpful and reliable. Prompt and polite. Paperwork all done electronically. Couldn't have been more straightforward. Excellent service.

Very proffesional service. The guys were on time, polite and left the space clean and tidy. The work carried out looked very neat and everything was explained to me clearly. Would recommend 100%

Very happy with the work carried out. Good communication and easy interactions with office and engineer team involved in the boiler service, identifying problems, offering solutions and carrying out, all done in a short timescale.

This company stepped in after another one had let me down. They gave me a same-day quote, and when I booked with them, the new boiler was in within 48 hours as a priority service because my tenants didn't have reliable hot water and heating. They turned up on time, did the job and were completely professional. Huge relief and I'm very happy with Safe Gas - thank you!

Efficient, courteous & helpful. I will use them again.

Reliable, efficient and friendly.

This was a tricky job fitting a combi boiler in a confined awkward space. I was very impressed with the way the work was done. They went to great lengths to find neat first-rate solutions to fitting things in, rather than taking any quick second-rate short cuts. Excellent!

This company can always be relied upon to deliver. They attended same day, delivered as described and explained why and how they were doing the job. Tidy and polite engineer. No mess. Paperwork always prompt and sent electronically. My ‘go to’ gas engineers.

Booked a service at short notice. Regular guy came and everything, as in other years, went well.

Very dependable, turn up on time, never had a problem.
Friendly staff.

Friendly team, great work.

Very professional and friendly engineer gave me confidence the service would be of highest standard.

The engineer that called to install valve was polite and explained the reason for the problem this was a follow up to another engineer calling to check why the boiler was not working .We were so pleased and surprised to receive the follow up within an hour to fix the problem .

The whole experience for installing a new system boiler was great. Great communication, clear pricing, friendly and efficient staff. Very neat plumbing work. I would recommend to anyone.
