Really wanted the reclining moon gazing hare but it was out of stock so I sent my email for them to let me know availability. A couple of days later I had a email to say that it was back in so I quickly placed my order. Two days later my order arrived. Packaged with great care and absolutely perfect. This is an amazing company, beautiful products and fabulous customer service. Thank you so much.

What an excellent company. I ordered a Green Man plaque which arrived incredibly well packaged and included a lovely unexpected extra gift. Unfortunately, the package had been damaged resulting in the plaque being slightly damaged.
Brighthelm immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next working day. I do not hesitate to recommend this company for not only lovely produces but excellent customer care.
