Fantastic, quick, easy, responsive

Quality selection, fast response, polite interactions, reasonable prices.

I desperately wanted to give a 5 for Bridgeman as my final experience with them was super helpful.
However, I had real problems from the get-go e.g. couldn't create an account because there was problems with their technology, and whilst I reported it online ( twice I think) and also phoned and left a message on their voicemail nobody called me back.
It was because of my determination and persistence that I eventually made a breakthrough.
After this happened I couldn't have asked for better 1 : 1 support.
Part of the reason I was determined to use their services was because I had used them several years ago and it was a great experience.
Overall I would highly recommend them as said if there hadn't been all that challenge with technology I would definitely have rated it a 5.

Your company delivers photos of art which are supreme. The pieta by Michelangelo for example ist one of his masterpieces. But it's not only the masterpiece, it's also the way it's photographed. You seem to have very good photographers at hand. The combination of fine art and the perfect photography is what makes you unique.

Buying the image was no problem.
But I’m disappointed about so little information attached to the image. Who does this image belong to - a private collection or a public one?
I get no sense of what they get out of this transaction, and coming from a photographic background I’m keen to know
