Sam was very helpful at looking into options to resolve our travel problems caused by the cancellation of our booking with Qatar because of the issues happening at the current time. He was so patient and his communicating was excellent in sorting a new route to ur planned destination.

I suddenly realised I hadn’t checked in online before I got to the airport so rand Adan as was having problems connecting there. Even though it was a Sunday he logged in and checked in for me while I was in the baggage drop queue, and took all the possible stress away from me. What amazing service. I’m so grateful. Although our flight which was originally booked was cancelled anan tried desperately to get us alternative tickets and did, not quite the same but then offered a £50 refund for the inconveniences he was very attentive and offered his help for all our future enquiries about our trip
