The staffs of BRICS Group are amazing. They were quick to answer any inquiry and the plot reservation was smooth.

I study with my son for this project from the BricS that i find on the facebook.i like it so i ask my son to check websites and read brochure and we like the idea and so cheap for what else is available in the market.we buy and the price is so good and we get a good lands and deal,

I was looking for somewhere to purchase real estate abroad. Had multiple options in Dubai. Georgia and Turkey. Decided to follow the advice of BRIC GROUP.

Bought some apartments from the company off plan. I just got all my title deeds and purchase documents through the mail. Pleasure doing business with this company. All has went to plan. My units are built and being rented and managed by BRIC.

We bought two condos in Florida from BRIC in April 2011. We took a huge leap of faith in the company as we were Arm Chair Investors meaning we had not seen the properties before making the investment. This investment worked for us as we have recently sold both condos and have made a very nice profit, indeed more than doubling our initial investment. We were told at the beginning to think of it as a 10 yr investment and indeed this has worked for us. So would just like to say Thank You BRIC.

I had a good run in Vegas so decided to buy property abroad. I checked Mexico and Panama and S.America Found the Coral on the beach in Brazil. I knew Fortaleza before so decided to fly on site visit. Crazy and insane project, beachfront land and villas. I got me a plot and villa and y'all have been special and fun to work with. good review from me. got me a new villa for my vacations during summer. We in building phase and all timelines hit. Cant wait to take me out to my new villa.

we take and buy resident card for myself and wife and kids. now we all have brazil residency and wait for passport and to be citizen of brazil. we buy brazil property and automatically can have passport.

I have only just returned back to Brussels after spending a week with my wife and children at the bric group beach community resort of the coral.
It was a real suprise to find such a well run and organised project. We were collected and provided everything from start to finish from BRIC and the team in Brazil. We have decided to invest into some plots and beach villas for our retirment incomes. We are clients! big appreciation to Lucas and Santiago for making our experience and inspection visit so memorable. We are now back to the rain in Belgium and already missing Ceara/Fortaleza/Trairi weather and people.

I have known BRIC Group for years, I first invested with them in 2007 and have been creating my retirement portfolio with them for 15 years.

I have been involved in all of their projects from:
-Hungary commercial property - 2007
-Apartments in Spain - 2010

-Residential US units - 2015
-Coral Brazil project - 2017

I have experience in all of their investment opportunities, each investment has been spot on. I have sold out of multiple deals and made profits on all transactions.
My style as an investor is that I like investing a lot with a few companies as when I find good, reliable companies I stay with them.

Our business relationship stretches back to 2008. As we have been working in coherence for so long, we know how the company was setup, we are close with the directors and owner of the group. A fantastic organisation with multiple departments relating to each company function. Truly a good, honest and reliable company. Any entity that invests first before selling an asset wins so much trust l Prior to purchasing.

I have traveled to the resort in Brazil and it was a lovely experience. People were really helpful and friendly. They took me for a day trip to show me around and I’ve had as well Quad riding on the beach. Perfect place if you do like to relax and do some activities. I should mention food also was very good at beach house in the resort as well in the restaurants near by. Decided to buy there loft apartment and very happy with my decision at the moment.

It gives me so much peace of mind when I log onto Trust Pilot and see all these reviews from other clients about their experiences with BRIC Group. I went through the exact same feelings and emotions with BRIC Group.
My story is that I bought three properties in Florida about 7 years ago. Two properties in Orlando and one property in Deltona, I bought the properties off BRIC, BRIC managed and rented the properties and last year I sold my properties. The experience was great, I bought for a very low price, and sold for a combined amount that I am over the moon with. The experience with Stuart and Suzanne and John was great. It was an arm chair investment and BRIC handled everything for me. I wish i could turn the clock back so I could have bought more properties at the time in the USA as the price difference from when I bought my units until now is huge!!!!!! If only I had a crystal ball 7 years ago - hehehe...
Very impressive company and for once I have no complaints at all when dealing with financial establishments.
So far to date, this was the easiest most profitable investments I have made.

We have invested in the Coral project in 3 lots and are in the beginning stages of starting to build the 3 villas.
After having a few chats with Stu, we were convinced and very interested in going forward with the investment plan. We had been looking into real estate investment options outside of Canada for a while and found the Coral investment very attractive in terms of the reasonable price for a five star resort, appreciation of the assets and the return on investment.
Happy to see the various stages of construction developments happening at Coral being sent to us!
Excited to go and see the project in June!

La gente en el complejo The Coral fue muy amable y servicial. La comida y el ambiente en el club de playa fueron los mejores que tuve en mucho tiempo. El apartamento que alquilé era espacioso y limpio.

People on The Coral resort were very friendly and helpful. Food and atmosphere in de beach club was the best I had for a long time. The apartment I rented was specious and clean.
