Brian Gavin Diamonds Anmeldelser

Brian Gavin Diamond was great to work with, the customer service was excellent.

Brian Gavin Diamonds and working with Emily was nothing short of exceptional. I am the type of person that takes 2 weeks of research to buy a cellphone case. Imagine how much time I spent reading up on BGD and all the questions I asked of Emily prior to purchase. She was very gracious and took the time via chat, and on the phone picking out the perfect diamonds and rings. I had my new rings and diamonds appraised by my local appraiser here in Boston, and they said the diamonds were spectacular and appraised for more than what I paid for. The quality, service, and perfection of BGD is highly recommended by me. Thanks Emily and BGD! :-) Louis.

I had been specifically looking for a cushion hearts and arrows diamond and it is limited where they are sold. Came across Brian Gavin and I'm glad I did. Their representative that I was in contact with through my decision making was very informative. The quality of my diamond looks to be very good. I haven't mounted it on a setting yet, but I can't wait! I would deal with Brian Gavin again.

The quality of their stones and settings is incredible. Customer service Leslie Harris was awesome in arranging for my wife's engagement rings shipping and Emily Johnson in initial purchase consultation and arranging for a 1 year reconditioning to return the ring too it's like new condition and tightening the prongs. Their gift presentation box and special customized jewlers loop added to the excitement and celebration of the initial engagement presentation. I can't think of a better company to choose for quality diamonds and settings with incredible personalized service. These folks care!

Spoke at length with Emily who had a vast knowledge of diamonds. She was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was well informed throughout the process, but not pushed or rushed. I would gladly purchase from BG again.

Me and my fiancee both loved Brian Gavin's diamonds, sparkles more than any other that we had seen! Lesley and Emily were fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to the ring during a busy time of the year

The band is slightly thinner than I wanted it to be, but it is very dainty, and the diamond is so sparkly. Thank you!

Amazing customer service. Above and beyond as always. BGD will always be my go to for my jewelry purchases.

Since I start browsing the website, it was a great experience. The diamond search and information provided helped me make a decision. Then I contacted the online Customer Service chat, and Emily responded quickly and answered all my questions, also she remained online during the purchase process and the transfer. She guided me through the whole process which took over two hours. Also, after purchase, Emily was very helpful in getting all my inquiries about design and delivery promtly. It was a great experience and exceeded my expectations. Finally, the ring, woooow it was amazing and I can say how much the ring is beautiful. She said yes and she looooved the ring. Although it was a slightly big, but the size was correct and as I have told them, i guess i didnt have the exact exact size. But the ring is spectacular. I would really recommend BGD to all my friends and I would definitely be a customer and will purchase different jewlery from them. I highly trust BGD, their quality, service and everything. THANK YOU!

Service is excellent, all queries are promptly answered. Craftsmenship of the ring and brilliance of the lab diamond surpasses expectations. The premium is well worth it, can't recommend it enough. As expected from a well known brand well loved by the community.

A pleasure to work with! Exceptional quality and customer service!

Amazing customer service & wonderful quality of diamonds! Emily was so great in helping me with this major purchase & I will happily recommend Brian Gavin to anyone looking for engagement rings!

Katie was super professional, helpful and patient throughout the process of buying my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band. Brian Gavin Diamonds went above and beyond to make sure it was made and delivered on a tight timeline. The set itself is absolutely stunning - my wife loved it.

As always we had an amazing experience with Brian Gavin Diamonds! I have a family diamond that was used for my wedding ring years ago. My husband originally came here to get it set in a beautiful band. Several years later I wanted it reset to a gold band. Brian himself took the time to sit down with us and show us several settings and styles. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was even more beautiful than what he described when we picked it up! What I really appreciate is the customer service. Our family jeweler from now on!

I worked with Emily who I had previously worked with 7 years ago on an engagement ring. Excellent experience as always. I received a beautiful upgraded stone and can't wait to have it set. Thank you to the Brian Gavin Team.

Great quality, and shipped quickly. Add in a nice price to top it off- fantastic source for jewelry.

Customer Service and production is top notch! Great communication during the whole process.

I did a lot of research over the last 3 years before I purchased a 3-carat 3-prong diamond bracelet from Brian Gavin. I reseached multiple online vendors (White Flash, Brilliant Earth, James Allen) before finally purchasing from Brian Gavin.

Emily was excellent in helping me over that period of time getting me all kinds of useful information. Her customer service was top notch!

The quality in this piece is very evident with how much sparkle you get. You see many diamond bracelets with lesser color/cut/clarity. The stand out for this product is that the diamonds have all three - great color, clarity and, just as important, great cut.

Great and fast customer service! Our custom designed ring turned out exactly as we envisioned it!
