The whole ordering process was easy, and great communication about my ring during the process for it to be made. It’s beautiful. Bent not Broken by Criscilla!

This is the second time I’ve shopped with Brian Gavin. The first time was ten years ago when I was planning to propose to my wife. Katie at BG helped me then and that engagement ring is the most spectacular piece of jewelry I’ve seen still today. This time Katie helped me again(!), reaching out immediately when she saw I had started looking at jewelry for Christmas/ten-year anniversary. She worked quickly to find something that would work for me. She arranged everything and got a pair of beautiful diamond earrings to me quickly and safely. I cannot say enough about the customer service and quality at Brian Gavin, and I will be a customer for life I have no doubt.

Katie has helped me with 3 or 4 orders now, literally the best customer service EVER. I dont know much about diamonds other then my wife likes them and Katie really makes things extremely easy for me! and my wife is happy every time! The quality/customer service/shipping/price all amazing, this is the only place I will ever buy diamonds!!

PS. The BGBlack Line of diamonds is absolutely insane, it even comes with a microscope to get a close look

I found Brian Gavin Diamonds while doing research into the best quality LG diamonds in the U.S. market. I had very specific ideas about the size and shape of the diamond I wanted, and both Lesley and Katie displayed utmost patience in working with me to find the right stone.

I was originally planning to have a local jeweler create the finished ring, but I enjoyed working with Lesley so much that I decided to have Brian make it. Once again, both Lesley and Brian extended utmost service and patience as we narrowed down the design, the side stones, the hand engraving and every single detail of this one-of-a-kind ring. Or, "piece" as Lesley calls it.

And that's what it is. A piece of fine art made just for me. The gorgeous custom packaging will surely make your beloved (or yourself ;) gasp with delight when it arrives, as I did.

I'm just delighted with my ring and can't recommend Brian Gavin and his team enough.

Very happy with the service I received. Shopping was blazing fast and the stone was beautiful!

I met with Brian in person to review diamonds and I couldn’t be more impressed with his in house collection. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and crafted the ring exactly to my requested specs. I’ll be referring everyone I know to BG.

Great company to do business with - very transparent and honest - highly recommend!

Process was very smooth from beginning to end. Employees was very helpful and kept me informed of any updates. Finished product is amazing.

A lot of good items to choose from.

Brian Gavin Diamonds provided excellent service. The entire process, from start to finish, went very smoothly, with great communication. I'm very pleased with the experience and will definitely be returning for my next project. Thank you!

The one on one support with a human, Katie Homuth, as a posed to working through computer recordings. From conversation I was convinced of legitimacy of company and quality of the product. I have told my friends about you, and will take pride in describing to my now, fiancé, where her diamond came from.

Thank you.

I am very happy with the service and the quality of the product

Earrings in time for a birthday!
I am very happy with the service from the Brian Gavin team. I ordered a pair of earrings only 1 week before my wife's birthday, and the team did a great job ensuring it arrived on time. My wife has received nothing but compliments on her new earrings!

While the Brian Gavin website may seem a little outdated, the customer experience felt personal and authentic to me. I could call and email, and a real person would pick up on the other end!

I love the Quality and the perfect service of the Team.

Thank you for such stunning pieces! The customer service was phenomenal and the pieces are breath taking! Well above and beyond my expectations.
