Wonderful diamond - I want to thank Katie Homuth for her incredible help:-)

I could't be happier with my purchase from Brian Gavin Diamonds. The customer service was great and the diamond is very stunning in person. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! We had a wonderful experience working with Katie to design our custom engagement ring and men’s wedding band. They were very prompt and professional with replies and completed the job quickly. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Excellent communication and the product is breathtaking!

Beautiful ring! Exceptional service! Last minute purchase and the team was able to expedite the process even though a hurricane went through their office recently. Constant communication and updates. Definitely will have my referrals and continued business. Thank you Emily & Lesley!

I made a quick decision on what I wanted, but needed it delivered before I traveled to my next destination. The team did a fantastic job of making it happen. The pendant and chain look fabulous and the diamond is of course perfect!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Brian Gavin! I looked into making my ring with many different vendors, from local jewelers to big online retailers and even some designers in NYC. Brian Gavin diamonds felt like it offered the best of all worlds; a personal experience with the ability to customize detail, a large selection at a good price, and the highest quality of diamonds and craftsmanship. I worked with Katie who was extremely meticulous and kind. She was very invested in the outcome of the ring and made the experience feel very personal. Through several calls and emails, she helped me find the perfect diamonds, and even design a custom piece. Although I was picky on details, Katie worked with me until we got the piece that was exactly the way I wanted it. This included mimicking some tricky design details I had seen online or in Manhattan. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Outstanding diamonds, and very fair pricing. Katie is extremely helpful and I couldn’t be happier with my diamond!!

The customer service is very good.
The packaging is beautiful the card signed by Brian Gavin is impressive and the diamond is beautiful.

The shipping to Switzerland is really fast, and the Diamond is really beautiful 😍

As with my previous purchase, they ensured I was going to receive exactly what I wanted. My tennis bracelet is gorgeous and sparkles beautifully. I also really appreciate the clasp on the bracelet. It locks securely and then has an additional piece that locks in place. I feel double protected. Delivery was swift and safe. Another pleasing experience with Brian Gavin Diamonds.

Katie was so helpful for me, as I was way out of my depth! She was patient and really helped me find a setting that enhanced the look of the stone I had picked out.

Outstanding Customer Service! Always appreciate the Glamour Shots too!

Katie is amazing!!!!

She really is a world class employee
As she has helped me navigate thru multiple purchases (2 diamonds and set of earrings) now and her professionalism and positive attitude makes the process so much more enjoyable and alleviates any worry.

I did an insane amount of research about diamonds and to me Brian Gavin has the absolute best quality over rivals like blue Nile or white flash or brick or mortar stores.

Yes it’s nerve racking shipping or receiving something expensive but the team at Brian Gavin excellent service and communication to make it a seamless process.
