Rude, unhelpful staff, very expensive.

Got a quote from Lewis today and went ahead with it. Aside from the competitive price he was lovely to deal with, listened and dealt with everything efficiently. :)

This is the first time I have got insurance with this company, getting the quote was super quick and very reasonable the staff were very helpful and explained everything to me perfectly.

Always great customer service from the team at Brentacre. I've been insured with them now for over 10 years. Writing this as had to call a couple of times this and I've had top service from David Cox one of the client managers. Very professional and helpful. Nice one guys.

Never had to claim so can't comment on that but I have been with Brentacre for years and always appreciated their personal service. They are perfect for my needs (DIY campervan with some business use) and my premium has hardly gone up in recent years despite hearing from many other drivers (with various insurers) that theirs have risen. I expect I will stick with Brentacre for years to come.
