Mike Shoults is the Best!
Mike Shoults arrived earlier than the scheduled time to remove a hornet nest from a glass window pane. He arrived as rain was ending. When he began to remove the nest, rain returned and Mike worked in the rain. He did an excellent job! I am thankful for his good work!
Customer Service Experts
Breda is who others with customer service need to be learning from! I had a fantastic experience with Breda. I absolutely love my watch and was so disappointed when I dropped it and the crystals shattered. I wore it every day! Breda responded immediately to my inquiry of how to repair process worked. Breda provided instructions on shipping the watch, estimated times, and an extremely reasonable cost for repair, which really encourages me to be a return customer! (As if I wasn’t already!!). Breda communicated quickly and helped me get my watch repaired and returned before a trip abroad. I am very grateful. I would certainly recommend and will be a return customer!

This company is the best. They repaired something on my watch which is definitely a few years old for free and I just had to pay $4 shipping and what do you know they ended up waiving it. When they sent the watch back to me it was in a box with a dust baggy. They really care about their products and their customers, will definitely keep me loyal to them
Beautiful watches, great customer service
I've owned a "Virgil" watch for about 5 years now, and it's been really great. I love the classic aesthetic, and I receive complements on it from time to time. And even though it's not a sports watch, it's tough as nails — I fish a fair bit, and it's stood up to some punishment over the years (not recommended!)
Also, about a month ago, I sent the watch in for a new crystal and band (definitely not Breda's fault they broke — see above) and the process was straight forward and extremely reasonably priced. And the customer service team was generous and helpful.
So it's a strong recommend from me on all fronts. If you're after a reasonably priced, beautiful watch, made by a company that backs its product and values its customers, you can't go wrong.
Happiest customer experience EVER!
I love the watch, simple and classy design. I dropped my watch and cracked it. I reached out to Breda customer support to see how to get it fixed. The process was so simple and I was excited that they were able to repair it at a minimal cost. I was prepared and more than willing to pay for the fix, but they offered to pay for the return shipping and they covered the repair cost too! Excellent customer service and responsiveness! I’d recommend this brand to anyone. I’m more than satisfied!
nonfunctional product, bad customer service
I received a nonfunctional watch. Customer service seems to be AI outsourced with no resolution to the issue after a cursory initial response. Very disappointing.

Buyer beware
I purchased the watch as a gift. The recipient didn't like how hard it was to read. So I said I would return it.
They had the watch back on 1/3/25 and they still have not returned my money. They have no customer service and you get generic responses. I still have not heard from them after sending multiple requests, VERY frustrating. I would NOT recommend them. Every other gift I had to returned had my money back into my account in about 3 days.

Bought a watch for my wife’a birthday and it came with a minute hand broken inside and Customer service is non responsive after just one email and we are waiting for further instructions for days.
All their claims of warranty are void if they don’t respond anyway. Those marketing messages feel like a scam.
I will never get stuff from Breda ever again! Such a horrible experience.

Extremely unprofessional customer service. They take days to respond, and I’ve already been waiting 20 business days—an entire month—for my refund. Something seems very wrong with how this company operates. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I deeply regret shopping here.

Bought a beautiful watch a year ago and a link broke. Contacted Breda for a warranty repair and it was super smooth. They also paid for shipping back and forth in good faith due to slightly increased delay in repair time. The Breda team were super communicative and supportive.

I recently had two watches repaired and was thoroughly impressed with the excellent customer service. The team was incredibly efficient, completing the repairs much faster than expected. Customer for life
I’ve had my watch for 2 years now and unfortunately the band broke due to wear and tear as it’s my daily driver.
The watch was a gift from my wife so I desperately wanted to get it repaired and reached out to Breda to see what we could do. They were absolutely fantastic, above and beyond to source a new part for the watch even though they didn’t sell this version anymore. I shipped them back my watch, they repaired it within a couple weeks and I just got it back today. The customer service was very responsive the entire time and the box it came back in presented it such as a brand new watch.
It was repaired by MN, and I can’t be more grateful! You’ve earned a customer for life, thank you!

Amazing Customer Service
I can't even believe how great Breda customer service has been. I sent in my watch for repair, knowing that I would probably have to pay for the repair, because I was past my warranty timeframe and the damage was mostly my fault. Instead, they fixed my watch, and are sending it back without charging me - even for shipping - and it was done in a timely manner. I haven't gotten it back yet, but I trust it was done well and at no cost to me. I'm very impressed and happy with my experience!

Great customer service and sending my watch in for repair was easy! Got the band and battery replaced, it’s good as new! Took about two weeks to send in and receive it back. It’s too bad the model I bought is no longer made but with the repairs I can continue using it.
