So grateful that I took the plunge to book in for this course. There was some fear that I was not enough to step into this space, but what I got was way beyond my expectations. Not only was the content delivered extensive, generous, backed by science and delivered with passion, the four days in the mountains was life changing. Johannes and the Breathless facilitators provided a safe space where I could truely meet myself and grow in ways that I did not expect. Thank you! Forever grateful.

From the moment I signed up for the Breathless Instructor Training, the entire experience was seamless, welcoming and incredibly professional. Every detail had clearly been thought through with care and intention, making it easy to feel supported and excited from the very beginning.

Johannes’ years of experience were evident throughout the entire course. The knowledge, confidence and calm presence he brought created such a safe and empowering learning environment. The space he has created in the mountains was absolutely perfect for the weekend — peaceful, grounding and the ideal setting to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

The course itself exceeded all expectations. We explored a wide range of breathing techniques, had plenty of hands-on practice, ongoing support and endless opportunities to ask questions. Everyone was encouraged to be themselves, which created such a genuine and connected atmosphere. The nourishing food was beautiful and added to the overall feeling of being cared for and supported throughout the weekend.

This was by far the best course I have ever done. Not only has it had a profound impact on me personally, but I also left feeling confident, capable and inspired to share this knowledge with others. The support after the course has continued as well, which really shows the integrity and passion behind what Johannes has created. I cannot recommend this training highly enough.

I went into the Breathless Expedition Training with little expectations, and it honestly exceeded everything I could have imagined.

Where do I start! First of all what a beautiful weekend! I loved every second of it up in Crackenback, NSW. The people I met were so amazing and the learning were incredible! I had the opportunity to learn from an incredible team but also Johannes- who led with such an incredible presence and guided us through our own healing journeys. He was so informative and about breath and teaching us with so much passion! Through out this journey, I met parts of myself and shed layers of me that don’t serve me any more. I have gained so much trust and strength but also a new perspective of things and a gentle compassion for myself. This weekend was unlike no other and I will have this experience for the rest of my life. Breath is the key to so much power, reflection and relaxation and I’m so excited to share the gift of the breath with everyone.

I can not speak highly enough of the entire Breathless team. From the administration staff to the amazing facilitators that I had the pleasure of becoming great friends with in the Mountains. I've not only come away with the tools & knowledge to improve my life & that of others I intend to teach, I've experienced something truly life changing. That term gets thrown around alot but this is the real deal.
An absolutely stunning setting, & Johannes & his team genuinely have your best interests at heart. I consider every person who attended the retreat be it Facilitator or attendee a great friend for life. Priceless ,Absolutely Brilliant!!! Highly recommended...

The course in general is excellent and the online element is well structured and with the recent updates to the learning platform, it’s even better than when I started!
The part that I would really want to share is the amazing face to face experience - if you are um’ing and ah’ing about its value…… don’t! It brings everything to life, it introduces you to a close cohort of people in your shoes and a close cohort of instructors and practitioners to help you through the start of your journey and beyond!
This is not an algorithm trap! It’s real, Johannes is the real deal and his approach to Breathwork is expansive and inclusive, infact the whole Breathless team live and breathe what they share!

Wow, I've just emerged from a deeply healing, body heart & soul nourishing experience in the Breathless - Mountain Immersion Retreat / Instructor Training . Level 1 Breathwork Retreat has been absolutely profound. Johannes and his team along with the other beautiful participants made for a trip of a lifetime. I not only accessed deeper layers within my own healing, but I have been set up to continue pursuing my mission of teaching and helping others to heal more deeply.

Johannes & the Breathless team are incredibly talented at what they do & do it with boundless kindness, compassion and positivity. The entire weekend was well planned and expertly delivered & myself & everyone else came away feeling amazing - grounded, loved, seen, heard & connected. And most importantly, ready to go out into the world and start teaching. Would recommend it in a flash.

What an amazing experience this past weekend in the beautiful Snowy mountains. We experienced it all, even snow in March on the way in…what a perfect time to practice my breathing to stay calm for the last hour of the drive. And my oh my, was it worth it, the beautiful souls I had the privilege of meeting, the experiences & stories we shared and definitely some lifelong friends to take away.
The cherry on top is of course what we all came for, to learn and to grow with the power of breath, and Johannes has created a safe space where learning became fun and he pushed us all to get out of our comfort zones and get into things. Honestly I'm not sure where to even start in my praise for the Breathless facilitator training!!! I've done many certifications, workshops, retreats over the course of the last 25 years as a naturopath, coach and mind-body practitioner and this one tops them all easily. I did the immersion mountain level 1 which was spectacular in every way. From the energy and welcoming on arrival by Johannes and all the team, to the support, nurturing, guidance to the very last teary good bye as we all parted to return home, and every minute in-between was exceptional. Johannes has created a unique breathwork certification that gives you the confidence and tools to meet any person exactly where they are in any stage of their healing journey. You will be guided and supported every step of the way. With ongoing support after the training from both the team and all the amazing facilitators you meet. Travelled from the Netherlands to be part of the in-person instructor training, and it was so so so worth it! I learned so much, the location was incredible, but most importantly the connections made during our time there as a group - you can’t describe it. I highly recommend Breathless, and I will return for Masters at some point. Thank you Johannes and the rest of the team guiding us, for creating such a beautiful space.

The Breathless instructors course superseded my expectations. I not only gained valuable experience to have the skills to be a Breathwork instructor but had profound personal realisations and breakthroughs.
The accommodation and the food owe the food so delicious. I will go back just for the food 😉 I also made friends now who will be friends for a very long time who are dear to my heart as they are all like-minded individuals. Johannes has created a wonderful community with all the right values that I believe the world needs more of thank you for Johannes for doing such an awesome job 👌👌👌

My experience was great because of the knowledge Johannes has and has passed down to all of his instructors. This company really gets it right. The experience is life changing. The retreat was amazing from the food to the breathwork. The chalets are beautiful and so is the whole community there. They welcome you in like family. And Breathless is a family I'm proud to be a part of. I highly recommend coming to the mountains for training. I left with a lot of knowledge and a lot more curiosity. That's why I'm going back in 6 months for my masters class. Johannes is very thorough and such an amazing teacher and mentor. His team are always there to help in any way they can. If you ever need anything, they are on it. I can't say enough good things about the Breathless team. I hope to be able to come back and help facilitate. What a honor that would be.
