Breatheolution (Kev) is very knowledgable and professional about cold water therapy. Kev immediately puts you at ease and guides you through every step of the experience. Personally, I couldn’t bear cold water but had heard about the benefits. After one session with Breatheolution, listening to scientific and therapeutic information, being guided through meditation and breathing exercises, I was dipping and swimming in very cold river water. The benefits are totally life changing for your well-being and mental health!
I now regularly cold water dip / swim.

I had a one-to-one cold water session with Kev from Breatheolution and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we met, Kev created a calm, safe and welcoming environment which immediately put me at ease.
He took the time to explain the breathing techniques and the science behind cold water exposure, which helped me feel prepared and confident before getting into the water. His guidance throughout the session was reassuring and supportive, and he never pushed beyond what felt comfortable. Instead, he encouraged me to tune into my body and use the breath to stay present in the experience.
The combination of breathwork and cold water was powerful, challenging in the moment but incredibly energising and uplifting afterwards. I left feeling clearer, calmer and proud of what I had achieved.

Powerful 1:1 cold water and breathwork session with Kev. I felt safe and so supported in this experience - it was really special. I appreciated how present Kev was and small touches like bringing cacao for after, a warm hot water bottle and a cosy jacket for me to heat up after. He had thought of everything! Great experience - would do again.

I met Kevin 6 years ago. An unforgettable experience first shared with my sons and daughter. It took us all out of our comfort zones, but the embodied education and achievement left us so animated, I knew from that moment there was something in this.

Since then I have worked with Kevin on a one to one basis , revisited with my family and friends , attended his cold water retreats. I also had the privilege to be on his first cold water instructors training course in 2024 and returning this year to his Trauma Informed cold water therapy course. His experiences, support and guidance have helped me navigate my own nervous system helping me build resilience , face challenges and develop a sense of achievement but most of all helped me connect with myself, others and my own purpose.

Kev was very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease. He was clearly very educated on cold water therapy and talked me through breathwork and understanding how this works. I have since attended breathwork sessions after this session thanks to Kev. Would highly recommend.

I took my son to see Kev at Breatheolution after he was diagnosed with chronic hyperventilation syndrome following a chest injury at rugby. His breathing had become such a struggle that even walking short distances was difficult and sport felt completely out of reach. In just one two‑hour session, Kev made a big difference.

He took the time to explain what was happening in a way that made sense both physically and emotionally, helping my son feel reassured and genuinely calmer. By the end of the session, my son was able to breathe more easily and even ran around a field for the first time in 14 months. Watching that was amazing.

Kev’s knowledge, patience and ability to connect made a big impact on us both. I’m hoping to book a follow‑up appointment and feel grateful for the progress my son has made so far.
