With a licensed therapist as a guide, the Breakup Academy offers different packages for people to recover from breakups and heartbreak. We provide: - Interactive feedback tailored to your situation - a space to learn from and with others how to heal - the opportunity to gain a different view on relationships - a space to work on your attachment tendencies - a crew to grow with you and hold you accountable We have helped over 100 people in 1on1 therapy work and learned two things: If you are isolated, you can not get better. If you can not connect with people in the same spot, healing is so much harder. We connect people in YOUR same situation, to find REAL connection and ACTUAL grounds for healing. Life doesn't have to be like this!
This is more than a break up support group. You have direct access to a therapist, a classroom of informative videos, and a community of people going through the different stages of grief and loss from a relationship ending. You'll learn so much about yourself and how to deal with the loss and move forward. I honestly think this type of therapy is evolutionary and innovative.
Jochen's support group has been an incredible resource for me after a very difficult breakup. As specialized therapist, Jochen brings a calm and reassuring presence that helped put me at ease fast. Tehe supportive approach and well-structured course provided essential tools and insights that were crucial in my healing process. I also found the workbooks super helpful.
The group itself is warm and welcoming, creating a safe space for sharing and growth. I wholeheartedly recommend Jochen’s support group to anyone in need of compassionate guidance during a breakup. It certainly made me feel less alone.
Jochen is an experienced therapist who has a very calm demeanor and a very supportive attitude. His course helped me during the very worst of the worst break up of my life. When you are in a time of crisis he is the guy to have by your side.

I joined the group after a painful breakup 5 months ago. The community is so welcoming and are incredibly insightful and supportive, Jochen provides multiple workshops which help to understand you better and help understand now to navigate your life afterwards. This is an amazing support group and I would highly recommend!
