Making advertising easy!

Starting your own business takes a lot of work, and with social media being a viable resource for marketing, breakout clips takes the stress out of creating an easy entertaining way to get your business to more people, more quickly! Breakout clips takes the vision I have for my advertising and brings it to life in an easy and straightforward way. After a few minutes, I have an entertaining ad. Now I have extra time to focus on other aspects of my business.

"Breakout Clip is amazing! They made awesome 3D video clips that really helped my business get noticed online. Thanks to their videos, more people are visiting my website. The team at Breakout Clip is very helpful and fast to respond if you need them!
I would highly recommend this service for any small business owner!

The service team at Breakout has been…

The service team at Breakout has been phenomenal. On the couple occasions I have needed them, they were prompt, efficient, and resolved my issues. The representatives I have dealt with were professional and very courteous. It is always a pleasant surprise to have a company as responsive and professional as this team has been. I highly recommend Breakout for your creative marketing needs.

Great customer support

Great customer support. I asked for a refund and I was issued that refund with no problem. I'm just taking a break right now from the platform but will definitely be back. No other platform compares. I highly recommend.

Shady subscription tactics

I created an account a year ago to test their services, and I didn't like it. I had no idea that they will charge me $39 for a subscription plan. I never used their service except for that testing day. I have been charged in total over $550 for a service I didn't know I was paying monthly. I need a refund

Thanks for your review, we appreciate all feedback.

We have reviewed this case, and we can see you signed up for our $39/month plan and you were a customer for 15 months (totalling the value you stated in your review).

In accordance with our terms of service, within 1 hour of receiving your ticket in our support desk, we replied to you with the following:
- We refunded your most recent charge (it was within our refund period).
- We ensured your subscription was cancelled so you would not be billed again going forward.

We offer a free plan, which allows you to play around inside the software, build your videos and browse all our features and animations for free. This experience helps you get a better feel of our service to decide if Breakout Clips is right for you.

When you're happy that you think it's right for your business - only then do we ask you to subscribe in order to download your video.

You state you had no idea we would charge you $39, however our checkout clearly states how much you will pay each month (and that it is a monthly subscription) and does not mention any trial period.

The button says "Subscribe", and the monthly price is clearly visible. We are explicitly clear in our messaging, and would disagree with your assessment of it being shady.

If you had messaged us anytime during your subscription, we would have happily cancelled it for you as we did for you in this instance.
