This is still very active; our unfortunate nightmare started the first day we moved in on February 1, 2025. I am very sorry, I do not want to help this company whatsoever. They need to be accountable for all they have done. Stay far far away no one is untouchable.

Don't bring potential buyers with govt backed loans to view properties listed as a cash/ conventional sale only

Thanks to Blackwell Real Estate, I am now living a terrific new chapter of my life.

Going back 3 decades I had acquired 2 investment properties in addition to my own home. Since then, a lot happened that worked against me. I wouldn't be able to afford to do much of the work that was necessary to keep the houses up.

In early 2019 I filed a Chapter 13 reorganization to pay off my debt. I would need to sell a house in order to do so. I contacted a few real estate companies, but I sensed that they were not who I needed to help me. I needed more than to just sell a house.
Having heard about Blackwell Real Estate from an acquaintance of mine, I gave them a call. We arranged to meet at one of the properties. After that meeting, I felt very confident that this was the right fit for me.
From that day things moved fast. Chris Titus was one of the gentleman that was there and then assigned as my agent/broker. He was the best. He asked me alot of questions and gave me lots of information. He was always available to answer my questions.

It didn't take long to get offers on that property. The house sold for a very good price & would pay off my bankruptcy & allowed me to take care of other things. That was the highest priority.
Once this was taken care of, my two daughters & I met at Blackwell's office to discuss options to move forward. We discussed how to improve my portfolio as well as where do I want to live and how. This also involved my daughters.
It was an eye-opening experience to think that they were not just trying to sell my houses, but had so many options for us to consider.

By the end of 2019, all houses were sold for Top Dollar. I have a multi-unit rental property that is managed by Blackwell while I enjoy my new View condo and live my life as I please!

Great experience from start to finish. Blackwell acted as a dedicated fiduciary for not only the sale, but the purchase of our home - always having our best interests in mind. Very rare in the real estate market, would highly recommend.

After Blackwell took over the management of our complex things just seem a bit delayed. Maybe it's due to being unfamiliar with all the little details during the transition or maybe it is not. Time will tell.

Oh heck, I've delt with em in Olympia for some time, they even helped me and the wife get into a house when we where finally ready, decent folks certainly. Cody Davis was the broker we needed, personally, an utmost professional, even helped through the wife's heart attack during closing, need a house call 253-389-3005 !!!!

This is a early ranking, but so far they seem very easy to work with.
I'm sure that I would be able to bump up the rating to a 5, but time will tell.

the worst living experience ever the landlord (tony) never told the truth. never fixed things that needed fixed. was never on site. I would not recommend.

Blackwell has been very responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. Property management companies range from good to awful, in my experience, and they are one of the good ones.

Everyone was very helpful with answering all of our questions. Would definitely give out Chris Titus name to anyone of family members. He did a great job with showing us houses and talking through everything. Felt comfortable with the whole process and zero pressure to make a move unless we wanted to more forward with any house.

Jarrod really helped me with finding the style of house I actually like. Every room and detail he helped me realize what it is I’m wanting to look for in a forever home. He was constantly on the look to find what it was I wanted.

Excellent service! Knowledgeable staff! Tom King did a swell job in assisting me in the sale of my home! Price was on point, and the house sold quickly! Nice, painless transaction!

We were so fortunate to have found Chris Titus as our Realtor, he helped us purchase the right house in the right neighborhood(the only neighborhood we were wanting to live in)for the right price. It took us a couple years since we could not find anything we liked in the McMicken Heights neighborhood. When we finally found the house we wanted Chris did everything he could to make it ours. He was very patient and supportive and was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible.
