I had two of the prongs on my wedding ring redone and within a year after having it done the prongs broke again, I went in and had it done again and now it's been a year-and-a-half and the prongs are still fine so I was very disappointed with the quality of the work that was done the first time I brought the ring in

Pleasant representatives that not only greets customers warmly but make you feel important and valued regardless your inquiries. I purchased a watch years ago and they treat me with respect and ALWAYS accommodate me when I take it in for inspection services (battery replacement, etc). While my watch is being service, staff always ensure I am comfortable. Very personable.
