If you’re looking to buy jewelry, this is the place to go. I’ve now bought an engagement ring and both wedding bands from Seth. He’s super patient and knows what he’s taking about. Customer service is fantastic as well. Brought her ring in to be resized and cleaned and it looked like new when they were done. Use them!

Customer service is excellent. The selection is tremendous. You get the same level of attention whether your purchase is small or large. My husband and I had a blast Christmas shopping!

The buying experience was fine. However the certificate of authenticity I was sent was only an appraisal, it was not certification on the diamond. I took it to have it sized and discovered the diamond was chipped and beyond repair! Three different, major jewerly companys confirmed this. The setting is loose and diamond is chipped. It can not be repired or sized or even reset without risk of destroying the diamond. I was sold a damaged ring!

I was told I would be able to make qualifying payments on the ring I purchased until it was paid in full. Two months ago I received an email from Wells Fargo stating that the remaining balance needed to be paid off by the middle of May otherwise I would have to pay all interest that had accumulated since the purchase. So I had to divvy up $1200 in order to pay the ring off by May otherwise my balance would have been increased by $1000 of interest. The person at Buchroeder's had even told me not to worry about paying more than established rate otherwise it would not make the agreed upon payment plan worth it. Was not happy about this at all!!!

They always do a great job. We have sent them many referrals, because they do such s great job at everything they do.

The only place I shop for fine jewelry. The selection and quality is above and beyond. The staff knows what they’re talking about. If you read this and want to check it out ask for Seth. He is the best!

I had my engagement ring cleaned and repaired. The customer service was excellent--informative, professional, and experienced. My ring is so important to me and I didn't want it shipped all over the place to have it repaired. Buchroeder's repaired it in-house and had the repair completed within two weeks. I highly recommend them!

Good place for Columbia, but prices are much higher than other places. Customer service was above average.

Great customer service. Higher quality products too. Other jewelry stores will sell lower quality diamonds that Buchroeder’s won’t sell. So you can be assured that you’re buying quality jewelry when you go to Buchroeder’s.

Excellent customer service. It was what made me choose them over online. I came in knowing nothing about diamonds and learned quite a bit to make an educated decision. They always remember me when we come in to get the ring cleaned. Love a good brew also.
