I'm very happy with the watch
I'm very happy with the watch, but very unhappy with the courier you use - Parcelforce. They didn't leave a note saying that they had tried to deliver. There was no indication where they left the watch. I had to check all the local post offices. Very frustrating.

I love ny Braun watch
I love ny Braun watch. It’s definitely not my most expensive watch, but is my favorite by far. Function, styling, .. I had a minor technical issue and the repair team at Braun fixed it no charge. I’m happy to have it back and on my wrist daily. Excellent products, excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service with competent and friendly communication. We had a faulty alarm clock to complain about, thanks to the service employee Bhavin the whole process including the refund was quick and reliable.
