Order clocks on 18 November 2025, dispatched 3 December 2025, as previously advised. Unfortunately Braun Clocks use Royal Mail 48 tracked. Toaday is 10 December 2025 order has not been received, Royal Mail tracking cannot indicate when parcel will be delivered. Would suggest Braun uses a more reliable courier service.

This clock is exactly what I wanted, a very low light level for night use and no ticking sound. Good value for the price paid. Thanks.

Beautiful by design

Upon unboxing the clock had several very obvious cracks in the LCD… which Braun claimed were normal and would ‘settle’… but I wasn’t pleased after paying £40 (offer price).
Also the colon separator between the digits blinks each second, like many people I don’t really like this beside my bed, so not sure why they designed it this way.
Main issue was the wireless charger cutting in and out repeatedly during the night - and my phone pinging each time - I couldn’t put up with that I’m afraid.

I love the design of this clock, and the sale price was brilliant. The 'white' LCD display however is next to useless unless it is directly facing a window or a light. The black background casts dark shadows and the green LCD characters are invisible most of the time. It's great when backlit and its a shame there isn't an option to have the backlight on all the time. So as a bedside alarm clock facing the window it works; as a small clock in the bathroom for example it doesn't.

In terms of speed of delivery this was first class. Whether the clock turns out to be first class only time will tell. So far it does what a bedside clock should do. BUT, why do I have to sign in in order to see the instructions? I don’t want to receive endless emails from you so I shall have to unsubscribe. Who is serving whom here?

Excellent description of Brauns new addition to their digital alarm clock range. The photos give an accurate depiction of the BC27B too.
So tempting I had to get one as my old digital clock was definitely looking a tad dated against this gem.
It was well worth the money, the quality just oozes from it and having different light outputs on both the display and lighting top off the wish list.
Thank you Braun for bringing this "Timeless" Classic to the (bedside) table.

Fast delivery and logistics control, notification of receipt

I received the BC27B alarm clock on time. However, I have not been able to operate it. There were no instructions in the package and I have not been able to access a copy on line. I bought a copy through an online provider of manuals for clocks but they said Braun had not published one for the BC27B clock. They sent me one for a BC22 which is of no use have been unable to operate the clock.

Love the clock , replaced similar one after many years, kept going even after it was accidentally smashed.

Unseriös: Man kann beim Bestellprozess nicht erkennen, dass die Waren aus dem UK kommen, d.h. Zollgebühren anfallen. Bei unserem Einkauf von 175 € immer über 50 € dazu. Das Zollgebühren anfallen, steht zwar in den AGBs, wenn ich aber davon ausgehe, dass ich auf einer deutschen Seite gelandet bin, prüft man das nicht. Es ist alles rechtens, aber wenn man so seine Kunden im Unklaren lässt, spricht das nicht für eine seriöse Geschäftsabwicklung. Nie wieder!

Good quality clock. When it gets dark the clock dims which is a good feature for during the night. However when it’s getting lighter it is hard to read and doesn’t come bright again until there is a lot of light in the room.

Clock came quite fast given I'm on the other side of the world.

the clock arrived and looked lovely.
HOWEVER for a company as esteemed as BRAUN the material felt is cheep and the clock was noisey it’s the loudest clock I’d ever heard.

Braun contacted me almost immediately after my bad review. They had the clock returned to them free of chart and sent me a new clock (a quiet one), back almost immediately.
excellent customer service (and attention to faults)…
