The guys were so helpful, friendly and approachable and they showed me how to use the equipment. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely hire from them again

Very friendly and helpful staff with prompt service. Booked online where fuel was a separate charge and expected refund when item returned with full tank. Only told at this point that was not the policy. It would have been good to make this clear as most other hirers work on the basis of a full tank on return the fuel is not charged. Manager tried to rectify but could not do so as it was booked online. should be made clearer so people do not end up out of pocket! Care to comment as you risk losing customers? Still good service at the branch however.

They had everything ready and waiting for me when I picked up from my local branch and couldn't help enough.

Great service and top equipment
Hired a jack hammer and electric planer and both tools did the jobs extremely well. There is obviously a preference to book online as the tools are cheaper that way which was fine as the customer service when I come across a minor glitch in booking was first class. Guys on collection were courteous and took time to explain tools. Looking forward to my next project.

Great service - we ordered a small rotavator that didn’t do the job and they very kindly swapped out that day with a larger model - which did the trick. So excellent and very helpful service from our perspective
