Terrible. Floor sander damaged floor and stripped sanding pads- replaced and then edging sander fires sparks out then that’s replaced and the replacement edging sander keeps tripping the RCD dongle. B... Vis mer

The cheerful and friendly welcome I had to start with was great, as I arrived to collect my hired equipment.
Followed by two additional staff, equally cheerful while taking the compactor to my car. At which point it was started to show me how to operate and prove it was functioning perfectly. Then subsequently load into the vehicle. Equally the same service on return. First Class, thankyou.

Terrible and costly Experience
Terrible. Floor sander damaged floor and stripped sanding pads- replaced and then edging sander fires sparks out then that’s replaced and the replacement edging sander keeps tripping the RCD dongle. Brandon won’t replace or come check- wasted money that cost more in subcontractor delays than in hire costs. My company will never use them again. Top it off, floor still isn’t sanded.

Delays and time wasting
I hired a concrete planer. I collected it early morning as I needed to complete a job before our builders could start. I plugged it in to start but sparks shot out of it. I drove back to the store, a round trip of an hour, they opened the machine and the brushes were completely worn. They did not have any brushes to replace nor was another machine available. They advised they would let me know when it was sorted, never heard from them and eventually a refund came through. So much wasted time. Had to delay builder not something you ever want to do.
