Fantastic service from Matthew and…
Fantastic service from Matthew and Mikey - really can't fault them. I've used this centre in the past and happily recommend them to friends. Had a rotorvator from them last weekend (clean and in great condition) and they've sorted out a load of planks for me for the big turf lay! The equipment is always in great condition and pricing is fair. Thank you chaps

Acrow props
I hired 4 acrow props. The hiring and return process was simple, quick and easy. I was even given a refund as I returned them 1 week early. The props were in good condition and worked smoothly.

Ordered an a.m. delivery and when it didn't arrive had to call them. Delivery came soon after.

Easy to hire, let down by delay
Easy to hire, good machine, demonstrated & explained well by good staff. Easy returns.
One star off due to machine not being available at first pick up time, was on route from another branch, but I was not informed = wasted trip & time off hire.

Very helpful, thorough explanation of how to use the jackhammer and again helpful with solutions when the extension lead was slightly too short.

First class service!
Just been in to Alma Rd Bournemouth branch. Michael and his colleague (who was super helpful over the 'phone) gave absolutely first class service, including showing me the actual product I was hiring (tower scaffolding). Can't say that the website is easy to use - for the product I am hiring there is no picture which labels the measurements (and height/width etc) you have to select! Please update your site - it would save a lot of confusion and customers would know what they are signing up for.
