Order number 100008619. I’ve emailed 3 times and left telephone voicemail messages because my mobile number has changed. No one has responded to anything. Appalling Customer service and I’m now suspecting this is a scam.

Great lay out , good choice of quality furniture.
Great prices .
But best of all , THE STAFF…

We were served by a lady (ANDREA) , best customer service I have received in years , she sorted us out with a bed and mattress, delivery and installation.
There was a problem with delivery, Andrea had this sorted within 15 minutes of taking the call.
I have shopped at the Bury branch early 2023 , I also had a great experience there too.
I would definitely recommend Brand Interiors for excellent quality products at good prices.
I would definitely recommend them for the staffs positive and professional attitude.

They are the only firm that will deliver up steps, & took up stairs at my home hence over the years 3 sofas all been very good buys, always courteous, just fab !

Found information and how soon bedside cabinets could arrive. Then later, let us know by phone that the order had arrived, earlier than expected. Were ready with a smile when we arrived to pick them up. Thank you.

We received delivery yesterday of a sofa which we were delighted with. We would like to thank Nathan and Dave for the exceptional delivery service - Informed of time prior to delivery - we are not the easiest of places to deliver too but this was no problem at all - we just what to show our appreciation for excellent service thank you Carole Bill Walker

Outstanding service from Andrea!!
My husband and I went in the Rawtenstall store yesterday and must have been in a good hour and a half, maybe longer. Andrea, the staff member who helped us, went above and beyond for us, answering all our many questions about different products in the store. She not only answered our questions but gave us extremely helpful information and advice about the products. She very kindly lifted a large, heavy rug off the hangers (without us asking) and put it on the floor so we could see it properly, which was extremely helpful. She was very patient with all our questions and was extremely kind to us. Also, we’ve shopped at the Rawtenstall Brand Interiors several times this year and we have always received excellent customer service from the staff and also from the delivery team. We have found them all to be extremely helpful. This review is especially for Andrea. Thank you so much Andrea for your outstanding help yesterday. My husband and I very much appreciate your professionalism and the excellent help you gave us. We will definitely be back and we will recommend your store to everyone. Thank you, Andrea!

We purchased a single bed and bedside cabinet from the Rawtenstall branch, paid for delivery and assembly, as the guy who built the bed was leaving I asked had they taken the cardboard and plastic wrappers with them?
Answer? No ‘they are not allowed to’ he was obviously used to getting grief and suggested I phone the branch as they should have discussed this, rang the branch and got the ‘didn’t they discuss with you when buying’? No they didn’t did they or I wouldn’t be on here writing a review, at best very poor communication, not a happy shopper and nowhere to get rid of all of the packaging…Thanks Brand interiors and that’s our last purchase.

Never been into a place where the products (beds) weren't clearly priced. The assistant at the till had no time for us, a middle aged man waring a Brandon branded body warmer would not even engage in conversation or make eye contact. Apparently two people in the shop were too much for the assistants to handle. Don't bother wasting the fuel to go look. We left- no assistance no sales, simple.

Everytime I go into brand interiors, I am warmly greeted. The staff can't do enough for you and go above and beyond anyway they can. It's a lovely experience and I will continue to go.

Impeccable service at the Newstead outlet Stoke-on-Trent. Mary, Tony and one other guy (oops forgotten his name),were very helpful,full of knowledge and expertise, and gave honest sound advice, something which isn't always the case elsewhere. This store is certainly well worth a visit,you will be greeted with a warm welcome,a polite offer of assistance and given the opportunity to browse at your leisure without pushy sales pitches as soon as you walk in the door, which is a refreshing change. Great assortment of quality furniture throughout, something to suit all budgets,very very competitively priced too. Within 24 hours of actually paying for the items,they were delivered,you can't get a better service. The delivery guys were fabulous too,extremely professional and clearly take great pride in what they do. Due to the logistics of our home,its not the easiest of tasks to get furniture in situ,but those guys did it, and did it well. Excellent quality furniture,price and service. I will certainly be recommending this store to friends and family based on the 5* service I've received. Thanks very much,for the outstanding service, all five of you, are a credit and undoubtedly assets to your employer.

Andrea and Jason in the Crawshawbooth store were brilliant. Couldn’t do enough to help and got us sorted with some new bar stools in the week running up to Christmas.
Price, quality and service all top notch which can be hard to find nowadays.
We’ll definitely be back to look for our new dining room table and chairs as a result. Would highly recommend this store.

We went to Brand Interiors Rawtenstall on Mon 12th Dec 2022 having been let down by another company,0 to look for a grey leather sofa and two armchairs. We certainly did not expect to have our order before Christmas but Dave could not have been more helpful.He made a few phone calls and unbelievably our beautiful suite was delivered 3 days later.Thanks again Dave !! Janice still thinks you are the real Father Christmas !

Sent an email querying my order and absolutely no acknowledgment or correspondence received. Poor show.

I was dubious about buying from this company after reading the comments but I emailed them with a query and they got straight back to me. Order was delivered within 2 weeks. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

We can't speak highly enough of this shop and particularly of its' staff who without exception have been so helpful. We are in the process of furnishing our sons' new apartment and we have bought several large items all of which are of excellent quality at a very reasonable price.

Ordered a large animal print picture for a special birthday online.Oh dear next am I read it may take a few weeks......oh dear again...needed it for 11 th August.Rang customer service no answer.....Rang the shop......fab,fab,fab.A REAL person.....Mary,gabbled out my problem fully expecting the ....not my problem,don’t know,not interested answer we’ve all become accustomed to.......No way,leave it with me I’ll ring you back,she’d rang be back got it In store,gave us sat nav directions.....we are on our way in an hour.Met by super Mary and her “boss”,Tony,very nice chap. Packed into car,she spoke to someone called Dave at head office who refunded our £7.50 delivery charge.!,,,,,

How many stars .....numerous...since then how many family,friends have we told of your shop,staff and service.....carry on the good work......
