I had an amazing experience at Brakes Plus in Brighton, Colorado. I wanted to give a huge thank you to Junior for his honesty and professionalism.

I originally brought my car in because I was told it needed a CV axle replacement that would cost around $618. I was stressed because I couldn’t afford it and even had to apply for a credit card to cover the repair. When I came back to have the work done, Junior took another look and found that the CV axle wasn’t the problem after all.

Instead, he discovered my wheel was dangerously loose because of damaged wheel studs, and that was causing the issue. He fixed the actual problem, and my total came to only about $150 instead of over $600.

It’s rare to find someone who is honest enough to tell a customer they don’t need an expensive repair. John (Jr.) could have easily gone ahead with the original estimate, but instead he did the right thing. He saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me peace of mind knowing my car was repaired correctly.

I've been going to this store for a few years now. They always are professional and courteous, and ALWAYS do a great job! Anybody looking for a great experience should try this place first!
