Brakes Plus - Arlington - Riverview Village Anmeldelser

Had several services done including brake work, oil change and a state inspection. When I tried to do my vehicle registration online I could not because there was no inspection info uploaded. I called Brakes Plus and they informed me it's a problem with the county's system. I confirmed with Tarrant county that nothing was uploaded. I got out my Brakes Plus paperwork and there was no inspection paperwork included that I could take in to do my registration in person. I called Brakes Plus and the same guy who said it was not their issue suddenly remembered they have had this issue many times lately and the state was sending someone to look at their system. Though no explanation why there was nothing uploaded and they did not supply me with the paperwork showing the inspection was done. They obviously did not do it though they charged me for it. The only resolution was me coming back up there to redo the inspection. I just asked for a refund and 10 hours later it has still not hit my credit card. They could have easily just apologized for not doing the inspection.

From the initial phone call made to the store until I walked out the store when I was done I felt really good about the people that worked there and I was comfortable. I had my car taken care of at the Arlington location off of Brown Street. I cannot tell you how happy I was with the time limit. They had my car out in a couple hours and what a relief that was for me cause I really didn’t have transportation.
