I've been using Spectra Pro for a couple of years now and I have to say it' the easiest block building plug-in I've used. It's also packed with a few really nice features. I also use the premium support which is second to none. I get an answer within a couple of hours of posting what my problem is.

This may have been a decent theme in the past, but since I bought a multi domain license in the last year, the theme quality is deteriorating with every update and they introduce bug after bug. My guess is that they switched to “vibe coding” and also do their QA with AI, otherwise it is not explainable how many bugs creep in with every new version of the pro theme. Also the support is really, really bad. They try to get rid of me with nonsense answers, or try to blame their bugs on me, or they actually want admin access to my customer’s websites, whitch of course is ridiculous. In the latest version they broke Youtube embed functionality and try to blame that on WordPress. Seriously. I can only advise to not buy this theme in this state and with support people this disrespectful and dismissive.

So just an update, since this company Brainforce Trust have seen my 1 star review on Trustpilot after having to deal with 2 chargebacks with the bank, both of which were successful, showing the banks the "so-called tick of Auto -rewnew", none of which anyone can find after reading further reviews here with this company on Trustpilot, and I complained here about their unscrupulous tactics, the cases with the banks have closed. So I recieve an email advising me that I will be recieving a refund and that I should fix up my review to reflect their gracious refund! Well I have advised them to close all subscriptions and untick all their " auto renews " I will no longer be using this company ever, ever, again. They will waste your time through support, and then kindly refund so you change the tone of your reviews. Well, not this small business. Just want to show Brainstorm Force in the real light. Happy to submit the email if they decide to write that what I say is not true.

I have been using Brainstorm Force products for a few years now. I now found the ultimate combination for my work with my clients. Astra pro combined with Spectra pro and Starter Templates gives me the power and flexibility to build stunning websites and avoid complex coding. And adding the fully compatible ACF extension brings even more power.

I must add that the support is great. Less than 24 hours reply and usually under 12 hours. They always nail the situation and offer good solutions to problems or how-to.

Recommend the product, customer service can be improved, had a situation regarding a refund for services I did not succed on using through my account as I shut down the website 6 months ago but after some discussions the problem was solved. They have a good response time within support for website as well apart from account management.

The Support is not the best, they do not even read what is asked for or what you need support with.

I submitted a request a week ago. I was getting a response for a couple of days, and then no response. Very disappointing.

Spectra has been an easy tool to use as a new WP user. It has a number of feature to customize my pages exactly as I need to.

The service has been quick and helpful.
